It's not only in japan, you can buy all 4 of the dvds in english right here in the states, and i definately suggest it to ya, it's one of my favorite anime's of all time!

Its basically a show about a girl who hates normal life so she makes a club to find supernatural things like aliens, time travelers, and Espers. It's really funny and interesting. real short though.
