I believe that people will become vegan eventually in the next generation. One main reason would be because studies that are surfacing now show that meat is very unhealthy for humans. . The other reason would be because people will come face to face with the cruelty that is in animal farming. The last and important reason would be because people will come to feel the repulsion of eating creatures that were once alive, were intelligent, had feelings and wanted their lives as much as we do.

Like minded ppl must unite and spread the message, the ones who posses the courage to change this awful world and understand it have the burden to spread the awareness so we can become the necessary 10% so we can change legislations, customs and norms so the rest of the human kind will follow accordingly.You are one of the fortunate ones.. I am not one to judge people who eat meat because I myself was born into a meat eating family. It took some years for me to become vegetarian and now I am almost vegan (still trying to work out the nutritional value etc) I know in my heart that each person has his/her time to stop eating meat. But one thing is for sure, it will come to pass.

@oppvu -- absolutely agree! We do live in a pure hell, we do not need to die in order to go to hell -- most animals are born to suffer, the fist time they open their eyes it is for the only reason: to be tortured, beaten, skinned alive, trapped, put on chain, made to compete/fight and later be killed, butchered, be worn, be eaten... only not even 1% have a decent life in the form of being somebody's "pet". I cannot understand how possible is that most ppl do not realize this ....
