Missing Children - CTV National News - Father Finds Abducted Sons Custody Fight Goes Global

My sons were located in Poland, BUT the Polish Judge refused to ORDER my Canadian sons home to Canada. The Polish Courts have NOT arrested the Abducting Parent even though a world-wide INTERPOL arrest warrant has been issued by Canada. In addition, the Polish Courts have "Limited" the Abducting Mothers parental rights due to concerns from the school and have assigned a Court Guardian BUT have left my sons in her care. This does NOT make any sense? I am appealing this Polish Courts decision.
