Fake orgasms are just an expression of how bad our society's view of sexual roles is. Women are taught that it's okay to lie to, manipulate, or outright refuse to communicate with their significant other. This is just an extension of that exact same situation.
What we really need is for people to realize how important it is to open up in a relationship. If you're not getting pleasure, don't pretend to, just say "That's not doing it for me." Tell us. If the guy is worth his salt, he'll care.

I got to a boarding school where the age requirement is 18 years old, and surprisingly we had a Sexologist to talk about... sex... there were much lolz to have. And he told us the reasons girls fake orgasm is because to protect a male's manhood or his pride as a man. Something to think about :p

I would think that if my woman was sounding like :53 I pretty much can figure that out.
