@PearLDrummeR1871 In short, I'd off course recommend to start slowly - 50 bpm may be hard to play at. So, set the metronome to 120 (the most basic and natural tempo) and then try to hit alternately using your entire legs to get the hits. First 2 hits per click, then 4 (it's good to play, let's say 16 bars of each lick). Once, you get comfortable at this speed, move 5 bpm higher. You should see some progress very soon. But this is only one way to practice it.

I need triggers... and my set isn't so good either, Pearl Target Series (BlueIron), Meinl Classics cymbals 14" / 16" / 18" medium crash, 20" powerfull ride, 14" medium hai-hat and couple Pearl BC-900 cymbal standers and some others, Tama HP200TW double pedals and one ancient Pearl 14" thin crash which sound's like a little china.. Normal Tama oak tree sticks size 7A and 5A or 5B I dont remember...
