I was born and raised in Henderson/Williamsboro and I know most of the people there have family and connect from NY and NJ. I live in the Tre4 now and its all one big circle and I love it! Keep it going guys!

@jamesmack1986 NC has a cultural divide. North of Greensboro has the NY hip hop vibe. South of Greensboro has the Deep South vibe. I was raised in Henderson and currently live in Charlotte and that was my personal observation. Henderson and Raleigh/Durham people don't consider themselves to be deep south, we don't act as such and from a hip hop perspective. North of Greensboro, they care about the art form and still like to sound original versus the Deep South having repetitious content.

NC niggas aint start fuckin wit da south until the south rose to the top of the rap game. befo den NC niggas was all yankees. I went to school up there so i know. Its cool that y'all have a heavy up-top influence, but don't try to say dat any part of NC has a deep south vibe. NC folk do what's popular at the time (my up-top potna agrees) and dats cool, but that deep south shit is real and it aint in NC.
