homemade: facial toner for dry, normal, oily and combination skin

My favorit is Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel, with Aloe Vera Formula, Alcohol-Free Toner, it's cheap. Only $7.66 for 355ml. I have combination/problem skin. So if i was making a large bottle of rosewater toner I would need 300ml rose water 100ml witch hazel with 25ml to 50ml of glycerine?

@bubulu001 I got mine from like a herbal remedy shop where they sell all natural products, you could probably buy it online too if you cant find it anywhere :)
