It's such a Great pleasure to enjoy this Russian Jew, yes fabulous!, (If someone is wondering what the hell is doing a latin here xD LOL, I just remembered  somebody verrry special told me about Khovanshchina months ago.. she was absolutely right ))

Great music, but...I still think there are much supreme versions out there, like Abbado's. But I keep coming back to this one for the acting...

For this one, the only one I can and will recommend is the Abbado. Gergiev's is ok, but his Mussorgsky is one of his greatest achievements
