Since I can remember, I have always used q-tips for cleaning up the smudges around my eye from my makeup. My grandmother has always taught me to clean the edges of my nails too when polish runs outside the fingernail. Until the last few years, I have been using it to smudge my eyeliner because I don't always find the smudging brushes to be as effective. I also like it to apply dark shadows to create a smoky eye when I'm at department stores trying on makeup.
I have so many different uses for q-tips. I use them, dipped in nail polish remover, to clean any out of place nail polish, very handy when you can't keep your hand still !! When giving yourself a manicure, after making your nails dull so that the paint will stick, you can apply different chemicals and clean up your nails with q-tips. They are also very useful for cleaning up make up, like excess lip stick and eye shadow. Another use is cleaning boarders/ moldings and hard to clean edges.
I use qtips for so many things, to name a few: smudge my eyeliner, clean eyeliner from inbetween lashes and waterline, clean ears, dipped in nail polish remover to clean nail polish that has gone around the nail on skin, put in vasline and put on my eyelashes to condition them, clean inner corner of eyes from dirt/make up build up, create straight line form outer corner eye to end of eyebrow for heavy eyeshadow looks, also use to place cooling gel on my eyebrows after waxing.
honestly, i curl my hair with q-tips! i know, weird but it comes out really curly!! first i wash my hair, keep it damp and apply a mousse for long hair. Then i section off my hair, place one or two q-tips at the bottom of one 1/2 inch section and tightly roll up to my scalp and clip it in place with a hair pin. Then i wait for it to dry. Sometimes i blow dry for a quicker setting process. When i take out my hair, i quickly spray it with hair spray and i'm ready to go.
I could not live without q-tips! I use them to clean my ears, to apply make up (smudge eyeliner and eye shadows), to remove make up (usually to remove fake lashes and waterline eyeliner), to clean small cuts, when I apply nail polish I use q-tips to clean the edges of my nails when I go off the nail. |^_^|*
I like to dip my q-tip on my eye shadow and put that in a snack size ziplock bag to re-touch later on. I like that because it helps me not to add lbs to my purse! Lol.
I like using Q-Tips for cleaning the keyboard of my laptop. They work great for any keyboard! Basically I use them when I am cleaning my laptop, b/c they can get into the hinges and any small crevice. Thanks for the great videos!!
You can use it as a smudge brush to smudge your eyeliner, highlight your inner corners and cupid bow, and even cleaning out your ears when they feel ... dirty.
I use them to clean my ears :) but especially when i get mascara on my eye lid, i wait till it dries and swipe it right off and it does it without removing my eyeshadow :)

Not only do I use Q-TIPS for cleaning & smudging... but in the house I lived in while growing up, the lock on the doors were ones you push in and turned to lock. On the other end was a small hole. Once, my brother got locked in the room and I couldn't find anything small enough for the hole. I ripped off the stuffing part, shoved the q-tip in the hole & click... it opened! If anyone has those doors, now they know how to unlock it!!!!
You will probably hear this like a million times. i use Q-tips mainly for my eye makeup, and to clean my ears. Sometimes i use it to clean my dogs ears. But thats pretty much it.
I think Q-Tips are great for cleaning up lipstick mistakes, and smudged eyeliner, also, I use Q-tips for when I'm doing my nails, and I get nailpolish on the skin beside the nails, I just dip a Q-Tip in the nailpolish remover and it is the perfect size to get right beside the nail without messing up the polish that is already on my nails :)
i use my q-tips for cleaning my ears and little problems that arise with my makeup. i usally mess up my mascara on my lower lashes so its small enough and easy to get it under my lashes without ruining it (:
i like to use qtips to clean my newly pierced ears, smudge eyeliner, wipe off excess eyemakeup, and to gently apply some color on my lid, its also good for the crease.
I use Q-tips for cleaning my ears, belly button, makeup mistakes, manicures and pedicures, getting something out of my eye because I really don't like sticking my finger in there....oh and definately for first aid=]
I use the Revlon Colorstay foundation and I don't fancy tipping the bottle over to get the liquid foundation out. Cause more often than not, the amount that comes out is more than what I need and it's so much of a hassle to put the excess back (unhygienic as well!). So i dip Q-tips into the bottle to get just the right amount out. Q-tips are so convenient!
so while their really good for cleaning up a maincure, fixing mascara/liner smudges, and using for applying makeup in some cases, my fantastic "q-tip" about cat hair! i have a cat with medium , albeit soft, fur. and somehow her hair manages to get into my eyes an a fairly regular basis. i'm not one to stick my fingers in my eyes (mainly b/c it doesn't work to get it out, it'll hurt. fingers are only good for lashes) so i wet a q-tip and use that to get it out of the corner, bottom or globe!
I have a smaller shaped mouth, so when I floss, especially in the back teeth, it's so difficult to actually be able to reach back there and floss correctly, so I put a Q-tip vertically standing up in my cheek and it's like a third hand giving me room to floss and to kind of stretches my cheek so I can get back there. hi, i use q tips to put medicine on like the creamy ones so my fingers wont touch the medicine, other thing to remove lipliner if is really deep color and i use for a lots of thins is a really little help full stick love it
Hey, I ws actually born with a natural tremor, so i use q-tips to help with the trends in eyeliner techniques...especially the winged look that is hot right now...i can clean up the edge and make it look sharp, swooped, or rounded just with the help of a moist q-tip.

Q-tips are my all time favorite beauty tool! I can do my entire eye makeup with them--no need for brushes if you can't afford them. I use Q-tips to apply highlighter under the brow. I also use Q-tips instead of a pencil brush for applying a darker shadow in the crease and outer "v". Thanks for the contest!
Hello Emily!! the way i use q-tip is as an eye makeup remover i put the makeup remover on the q-tip and wipe away. i also use it to clean up any messes when i pain my nails. and ofcourse to clean my ears its a must atleast twice a day lol. xoxo
I love Q tips! They are the best little tool for just about anything. I can find countless uses for them, but my favorite is shaping my eyebrows after applying my eyebrow liner. I can't buy enough of them.
i love to use Q-tips with a little eye makeup remover to remove the smudges you always get under ur eyes even after you have washed your face at the end of the day.
I actually use them to push my cuticle and and cut my cuticles! and also I use it as a nail design brush. its very useful! This is gross but I also use the q-tips to wipe off the white heads after I popped my pimple. Lastly, I use them to make me stop biting my nails and it has worked wondrous!

Q-tips is such a good tool. I litterary use it for everything. I use it for removing eyeliner, for clean up fall out shadows, redefine eyeliner, clean nails especially nail that have detail work, where u have to clean up booboo. I always use it for speading glue and in crafting. I also use it for putting on spot treatment cream. I use it for cleaning tight or small places such as keyboard. and still alot more
as a smudger for my eyeliner - but also to remove excess eyeliner on my bottom lashes... i dont have the steadiest hand... also great for removing mascara messups too... and also to place a concentrated color on the inside corners of my eyes
Q-Tips are a great resource; especially when it comes to makeup. I use them for removing eyeliner/mascara (dip them in eye makeup remover and rub across lashes and liner area). On occasion, I'll use them to apply spot blemish treatments. They're always great for touching up nail polish. I use them for cleaning up those little mascara mishaps and even for getting those little 'morning sleepies' out the corners of my eyes. : )
I use q-tips (or cotton buds as Im english) for everything! i use them for make-up, as spatulas to remove products from pots hygienically, for cleaning up nail vanish from the skin to make it perfect, to clean new piercing and soo many more things. I get though thousands!!
I go thru tons of Q-Tips! I use them for smudging my eyeliner, creating that outer V, cleaning up any mistakes, and I use them to clean up around my nails after I polish them. Oh and I use them to apply my acne treatment to any pimples. Its much more sanitary than using your finger.
my fav. thing to use them for is when the eye liner and mascara gets in the inner Corner of the eye it gets it out with out messing everything up unlike tissue or finger
Lately I have been using q tips to apply topical chemotherapy cream on some cancerous spots on my face! (Stay out of tanning beds ...) They allow me to apply the medicine specifically without touching the cream.
Q-tips are good for cleaning up makeup mistakes wherever they occur. They make good applicators when needed. Great for ears of course. And for nail polish goofs! I use tons of em! LOL
After my eye surgery I would wet the ends of some q-tips, bagged them and put them in the freezer...so it was more confortable putting on my eye ominent to those delicate areas. It felt good.
ok, i use q-tips just like everyone else - to remove smudged mascara, but i pull off half of the cotton and get it wet to create a finer point.
I also use wet q-tips to clean between the pans of my palettes. you know how excess powder can spread and pretty soon you have shimmer everywhere? instead of swiping a cloth across the whole thing and wasting product, i detail with a swab. it satisfies my desire to keep my makeup prisitine.
My favourite way to use a Q-tip is to gently wipe away any mascara on my eyelid, like after i apply my mascara. Because sometimes, the wet mascara can get on my eyelids. And the Q-tips gently wipe away the mascara without ruining my eyeshadow. I also use them to blend out any left over harsh edges.
I use q-tips to smudge my eyeliner, or to apply a light color to my tear duct area. I also use it to clean up eyeliner when it goes a bit crazy,. I will use them to apply and blend out concealer on small blemishes. Along with ear cleaning. =p
I used q-tips to get any excess eyliner off after washing my face, I also love them for removing mascara that may end up on my eye lid. I used them also for getting eye shadow in the inner eye area. But my favorite use for them is to clean the outside or the ear...love q-tips.
I use q-tips for removing any mascara which ends up in the upper lid when I forget to let it dry before opening my eyes, since I have quite long lashes! I also use them to remove any lip liner or lipstick that goes beyond the lip with a little little bit of make-up remover. I also use them to apply little spots of concealer in the corner of my upper nose to remove redness caused by my specs.
I use Q-tips for anything fiddly like removing smudged mascara and tidying up makeup later in the day - I love them with the Revlon makeup eraser pen and keep both with me when I'm out and about :)

Hey! I like to use qtips for dipping into my lotion or vaseline then dotting it onto my face instead of using my fingers to take out product. This is great for people who share tubs of lotion or vaseline that would like to keep things steralized and clean :)
i like to use them for applying makeup on other people..(i apply makeup a lot and family/friends) a.great cheap and effective way at applying the makuep as well as a cheap alternative to a brush and is easily disposable...
I just started to use mascara on my lower lashes, and I found a good way to prevent getting mascara all over the place is with a q-tip. It's a great way to shield and prevent smudging on the lower eyelid. :]
I like to use Q-tips to stay sanitary when I'm expressing blemishes... I think that's the nicest way I can put that, haha! The spread of germs and bacteria is limited using this method instead of my fingers or another tool that I may forget to sanitize before using again.
Never realized how much I do use them till now ha ha.First q tips for ears to get the ears clean and sparkly, then I do my makeup and use my q tips to perfect my eyeliner wing and line,it is a LUCKY day when I get it right the first time but that only happens on 1eye so i use them for makeup EVERYDAY to make it even and erase mistakes.I keep a good stash in my makeup bag to refresh/cleanup smears of makeup through out the day and at night I use them remove my eyeliner and all sorts of eyemakeup.
Oh my goodness where to begin....I think my most favorite way to use Q-tips is on my teeth. To get lip stick off, and also when Im at work. I work 12 hr shifts and if I forget a toothbrush to freshen up I take a Q-tip and freshen up my mouth by rubbing the surfaces of the teeth to remove any yuck stuff from them. Surprisingly it really works!!! :-)
I like to use them when I travel especially, I use them like the little sponge applicators for my shadows, quick clean up, cleaning my ears, detailing my nails instead of using a small brush.
I usually have a large box on hand on my dresser, and more than a few in my makeup case.
I've also used them to clean up my palettes, I hate a messy case.
I use Q-tips for SO much: cleaning ears, perfecting my makeup (eyes and lips) and cleaning up nail polish oopsies, help straighten my falsies, get those morning crusties out of my eyes (and my pup's!); I use them to apply my eye creams so I don't get finger oils in with the creams, get the excess nail polish off the tops of the polish bottles, and even around the house to clean around drains and clean my keyboard, touch up my ring in between scheduled cleanings - the possibilities are endless!!
I have always used them whenever I'm painting my nails. They're perfect for getting the polish that gets all over your cuticles! =D Cleans everything up nicely!

Emily, I have a funny story about Q tips actually... My friends have always made fun of me because I take a few Q tips with me every where I go.and I stick them in my back pocket ..I use them to clean nose, ears, makeup..car...my computer... A lot of times a friend will sneak up behind me and let me know that one of my q tips is about to come out of my back pocket...haha... But I love them.they are so convienent..So I am known for my Q tip obsession!!!

I hold a qtip length wise under my lower lashes while applying mascara. It prevents me from touching the brush to my undereye and messing up my concealer.
Beside cleaning Ears and all, I personally like to use Q tips when I have something inside my Eyes like eyeliner fall out or when I have the Gushy stuff in my tear duct area... I hate that stuff...Hihihi..!

i love q-tips and what i use them for is after using my eyeliner i leave it on for a few days and if you swip a q-tip under your eye it gives you the perfect non-harsh eye liner look
Well, I have really long eyelashes (not much volume) but they are long and I'm soo bad for opening my eyes too wide after I put on mascara and it goes all over my highlight color and sticks out like a soar thumb! So generally that's why I go through one or two Q-tips a day, as well as cleaning ears. Common ladies, dont forget to go behind them too :) hahaha . Oh and for the record, in grade 4 I made a Q-tip house :) haha

I use it to whiten my nails when they're getting yellow. Mix some baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, sip your q-tip and swab over your fingernails. Leave it for 3 minutes and rinse.
I use my q-tips to clean up around the outer v of my eye makeup and under the eye to catch some fallout.They're awesome to remove clumps of mascara on lashes and lids, too.Point is....awesome necessity I also always use them when doing my nails.

Q tips are awesome at removing eye makeup--they are a must have in my makeup kit. When applying mascara, if you get a mark of it on your eye lid or eye shadow, let it dry, and then just flick it off with a dry Q-tip and it won't mess up your eye shadow (as long as it's not water proof mascara). This tip has saved me multiple times!

Ok So i have a few Tips Now One of my best is When i paint My nails I when i get some paint on the cuticle area i dip the Q-tip into the Nail Polish remover and simply wipe off the nail polish! Another is to when you have eyeliner that has smudged beneath your eye u can dip the Q-tip in the liquid makeup remover and glaze under your eye then wipe with a tissue and works Beautifully! I use Q tips for applying glue to a lash line. cut them if half and use the broken end for applying the glue, It also removes some makeup like color creme paints (clown make up_ ) wich makes it easy to go back and apply color in all white face.
My absolute favorite use for q-tips is after applying nail polish, if I get a little on my skin, I got around the nail wish a q-tip that has nail polish remover on it. I get compliments all the time and everyone says that it looks like a got a manicure.

I like to use Q-Tips with not makeup remover, but moisturizer to remove unwanted mascara or liner smudges, and shadow fallout :-)
I find that when makeup remover is used, even if set with face powder, can still cause the makeup that I want to stay to run into the fine lines on my eyes. Using moisturizer whisks away the makeup I don't want there anymore, and leaves what I do.
HI! I use Q-tips everyday. From doing my makeup to cleaning my ears. I have 2 Q-TIPS. My first is since i wear contacts i always use qtips to absorb the water from the tear drop in my eye so it doesnt smudge my makeup.when i first put in my contacts my eyes water badly so this helps alot. Another tip is i have a pug & since he has so many little wrinkles on his face that need to be cleaned so he doesnt get sores-so i take Qtips, wet them and clean his wrinkles!Its a easy way to in there!

i use q-tips alot of diffrent ways from cleaning my ears, to make-up ect but a good "tip " on how to use them is when youre eye make-up is all ready to go and you poke ur eye, you place the q-tip in youre tear dot and it absorbs the tear before it falls and ruins youre pretty make-up
I use q tips to clean my ears and fix makeup mistakes like most everyone else. Another good use for them if u are a contact lense wearer and your contact gets lost or stuck in s corner if your eye u can use the qtip to bring the contact back to where u can remove it. It works and it's a lifesaver!
I added the note above just for you popsiclestar......it's a healthy habit to get into, so it's a habit when you are older, I kinda quit doing it myself for a while went to the doc and he had my ears irrigated, buildup of wax........keep up the good work.
Q-tips are great. I use it for several things as well. Two of my faves it to take off nail polish from around my fingernails, and to smudge my eyeliner to have that smokey eye look!
i know this is kinda gross, but i love using my q-tips to clean my ears after i wash my hair, just to soak up all the water that went into my ears, and also other gunk that's in there :P
makeup-wise, i love using q-tips to smudge out my eyeliner for that rocker look
I am a nurse, and have had to clean 100's of ear wax cleaning, i do the same thing, while ear wet, gently wipe inner ear, do not poke into drum, but this way wax does not build up and wet is perfect, i will not be irrigating your wax buildup in the future lol
I use it mostly for any kind of mishaps. Taking of mascara smugdes. Taking of exces eyeshadow that has gotten under your eye. In the day when your make up has smudged a bit under your eye. I also find them extremely usefull for taking of any mascara in the morning that didn't quite come of in the evening.
Q-tips are great for so many things but the one thing that I use them for the most is taking off eyeliner from my waterline. I wet the Q-tip and gently wipe my waterline clean. It gets the job done without irritating my eyes.

i use them to scoop the concealer from the pot .. and then i blend it with a wedge ...^^

If something goes wrong with my eyeliner, I put a very small amount of eye makeup remover on the q-tip and clean my eyeliner up with that. =)

Not only do I use Q-TIPS for cleaning & smudging... but in the house I lived in while growing up, the lock on the doors were ones you push in and turned to lock. On the other end was a small hole. Once, my brother got locked in the room and I couldn't find anything small enough for the hole. I ripped off the stuffing part, shoved the q-tip in the hole & click... it opened! If anyone has those doors, now they know how to unlock it!!!!

I think Q-Tips are great for cleaning up lipstick mistakes, and smudged eyeliner, also, I use Q-tips for when I'm doing my nails, and I get nailpolish on the skin beside the nails, I just dip a Q-Tip in the nailpolish remover and it is the perfect size to get right beside the nail without messing up the polish that is already on my nails :)

I use the Revlon Colorstay foundation and I don't fancy tipping the bottle over to get the liquid foundation out. Cause more often than not, the amount that comes out is more than what I need and it's so much of a hassle to put the excess back (unhygienic as well!). So i dip Q-tips into the bottle to get just the right amount out. Q-tips are so convenient!

so while their really good for cleaning up a maincure, fixing mascara/liner smudges, and using for applying makeup in some cases, my fantastic "q-tip" about cat hair! i have a cat with medium , albeit soft, fur. and somehow her hair manages to get into my eyes an a fairly regular basis. i'm not one to stick my fingers in my eyes (mainly b/c it doesn't work to get it out, it'll hurt. fingers are only good for lashes) so i wet a q-tip and use that to get it out of the corner, bottom or globe!

I have a smaller shaped mouth, so when I floss, especially in the back teeth, it's so difficult to actually be able to reach back there and floss correctly, so I put a Q-tip vertically standing up in my cheek and it's like a third hand giving me room to floss and to kind of stretches my cheek so I can get back there. I honestly suck at applying liquid liner on my top lids..
So...
i wet the q-tips and glide them from the inner corner of my eye to the outer corner. This way both eyes will be identically lined.
I cannot walk out the door without wearing liner AND q-tipping them perfect =D

Q-tips are my all time favorite beauty tool! I can do my entire eye makeup with them--no need for brushes if you can't afford them. I use Q-tips to apply highlighter under the brow. I actually use them to push my cuticle and and cut my cuticles! and also I use it as a nail design brush. its very useful! This is gross but I also use the q-tips to wipe off the white heads after I popped my pimple. Lastly, I use them to make me stop biting my nails and it has worked wondrous!

Q-Tips are a great resource; especially when it comes to makeup. I use them for removing eyeliner/mascara (dip them in eye makeup remover and rub across lashes and liner area). On occasion, I'll use them to apply spot blemish treatments. They're always great for touching up nail polish. I use them for cleaning up those little mascara mishaps and even for getting those little 'morning sleepies' out the corners of my eyes. : )

ok, i use q-tips just like everyone else - to remove smudged mascara, but i pull off half of the cotton and get it wet to create a finer point.
I also use wet q-tips to clean between the pans of my palettes. you know how excess powder can spread and pretty soon you have shimmer everywhere? instead of swiping a cloth across the whole thing and wasting product, i detail with a swab. it satisfies my desire to keep my makeup prisitine.

My favourite way to use a Q-tip is to gently wipe away any mascara on my eyelid, like after i apply my mascara. Because sometimes, the wet mascara can get on my eyelids. And the Q-tips gently wipe away the mascara without ruining my eyeshadow. I also use them to blend out any left over harsh edges.

I also use them to remove any lip liner or lipstick that goes beyond the lip with a little little bit of make-up remover. Never realized how much I do use them till now ha ha.First q tips for ears to get the ears clean and sparkly, then I do my makeup and use my q tips to perfect my eyeliner wing and line,it is a LUCKY day when I get it right the first time but that only happens on 1eye so i use them for makeup EVERYDAY to make it even and erase mistakes.I keep a good stash in my makeup bag to refresh/cleanup smears of makeup through out the day and at night I use them remove my eyeliner and all sorts of eyemakeup.

Oh my goodness where to begin....I think my most favorite way to use Q-tips is on my teeth. To get lip stick off, and also when Im at work. I work 12 hr shifts and if I forget a toothbrush to freshen up I take a Q-tip and freshen up my mouth by rubbing the surfaces of the teeth to remove any yuck stuff from them. Surprisingly it really works!!! :-)

I like to use them when I travel especially, I use them like the little sponge applicators for my shadows, quick clean up, cleaning my ears, detailing my nails instead of using a small brush.
I usually have a large box on hand on my dresser, and more than a few in my makeup case.
I've also used them to clean up my palettes, I hate a messy case.
I don't know what I would do without em.

I use Q-tips for SO much: cleaning ears, perfecting my makeup (eyes and lips) and cleaning up nail polish oopsies, help straighten my falsies, get those morning crusties out of my eyes (and my pup's!); I use them to apply my eye creams so I don't get finger oils in with the creams, get the excess nail polish off the tops of the polish bottles, and even around the house to clean around drains and clean my keyboard, touch up my ring in between scheduled cleanings - the possibilities are endless!!

My friends have always made fun of me because I take a few Q tips with me every where I go.and I stick them in my back pocket ..I use them to clean nose, ears, makeup..car...my computer... Well, I have really long eyelashes (not much volume) but they are long and I'm soo bad for opening my eyes too wide after I put on mascara and it goes all over my highlight color and sticks out like a soar thumb! So generally that's why I go through one or two Q-tips a day, as well as cleaning ears. Common ladies, dont forget to go behind them too :) hahaha . Oh and for the record, in grade 4 I made a Q-tip house :) haha

Q tips are awesome at removing eye makeup--they are a must have in my makeup kit. When applying mascara, if you get a mark of it on your eye lid or eye shadow, let it dry, and then just flick it off with a dry Q-tip and it won't mess up your eye shadow (as long as it's not water proof mascara). This tip has saved me multiple times!

i have been q-tips for a long time but my favorite way to use q-tips is to use them when applying eyeliner. when you make a mistake or something like that you just dip it in the make up remover and you look like your a perfectionist at make up!

I like to use Q-tips for cleaning my nail polish after i do my nails and it gets on my cuticles. And i find them very handy to clean mascara off when it getson my eyelid. I always have some on my vanity!!! :)

Ok So i have a few Tips Now One of my best is When i paint My nails I when i get some paint on the cuticle area i dip the Q-tip into the Nail Polish remover and simply wipe off the nail polish! Another is to when you have eyeliner that has smudged beneath your eye u can dip the Q-tip in the liquid makeup remover and glaze under your eye then wipe with a tissue and works Beautifully! I use Q tips for applying glue to a lash line. cut them if half and use the broken end for applying the glue, It also removes some makeup like color creme paints (clown make up_ ) wich makes it easy to go back and apply color in all white face.

My absolute favorite use for q-tips is after applying nail polish, if I get a little on my skin, I got around the nail wish a q-tip that has nail polish remover on it. I get compliments all the time and everyone says that it looks like a got a manicure.

I use q tips with nail polish remover to clean up mistakes i made or polish on my cuticles! Erasing the flaws makes it look like I got a manicure when I really did my nails at home!

I like to use Q-Tips with not makeup remover, but moisturizer to remove unwanted mascara or liner smudges, and shadow fallout :-)
I find that when makeup remover is used, even if set with face powder, can still cause the makeup that I want to stay to run into the fine lines on my eyes. Using moisturizer whisks away the makeup I don't want there anymore, and leaves what I do.

HI! I use Q-tips everyday. From doing my makeup to cleaning my ears. I have 2 Q-TIPS. My first is since i wear contacts i always use qtips to absorb the water from the tear drop in my eye so it doesnt smudge my makeup.when i first put in my contacts my eyes water badly so this helps alot. Another tip is i have a pug & since he has so many little wrinkles on his face that need to be cleaned so he doesnt get sores-so i take Qtips, wet them and clean his wrinkles!Its a easy way to in there!

i use q-tips alot of diffrent ways from cleaning my ears, to make-up ect but a good "tip " on how to use them is when youre eye make-up is all ready to go and you poke ur eye, you place the q-tip in youre tear dot and it absorbs the tear before it falls and ruins youre pretty make-up

I use q tips to clean my ears and fix makeup mistakes like most everyone else. Another good use for them if u are a contact lense wearer and your contact gets lost or stuck in s corner if your eye u can use the qtip to bring the contact back to where u can remove it. It works and it's a lifesaver!

Q-tips are great. I use it for several things as well. Two of my faves it to take off nail polish from around my fingernails, and to smudge my eyeliner to have that smokey eye look!

i know this is kinda gross, but i love using my q-tips to clean my ears after i wash my hair, just to soak up all the water that went into my ears, and also other gunk that's in there :P
makeup-wise, i love using q-tips to smudge out my eyeliner for that rocker look

I am a nurse, and have had to clean 100's of ear wax cleaning, i do the same thing, while ear wet, gently wipe inner ear, do not poke into drum, but this way wax does not build up and wet is perfect, i will not be irrigating your wax buildup in the future lol

I use it mostly for any kind of mishaps. Taking of mascara smugdes. Taking of exces eyeshadow that has gotten under your eye. In the day when your make up has smudged a bit under your eye. I also find them extremely usefull for taking of any mascara in the morning that didn't quite come of in the evening.

Q-tips are great for so many things but the one thing that I use them for the most is taking off eyeliner from my waterline. I wet the Q-tip and gently wipe my waterline clean. It gets the job done without irritating my eyes.
