Having played this battle myself (albeit on hard, I have greater appreciation for Klarth interrupting that Dhaos Laser at the beginning. It reminded me of one time where I decided to try having Arche Ice Needle him to interrupt something, and that something turned out to be Dhaos Laser :D

...I still lost that fight though (I'll beat you one day Dhaos!)

Klarth casted Luna when the Dhaos Laser was RIGHT in front of Cless' face and about to rape up on everyone. It was one hard. :P

I won that fight, thanks to him. :D

The PSX version of Dhaos doesn't play as nice as the GBA version (doesn't mean the GBA version is any easier, though.). Dhaos has this God-awful A.I. flaw that you can easily expose to beat him on the GBA version...⌐⌐

And so, one of the greatest battles (on the hardest difficulty, no less) of the game has come and gone. Next in the storyline is the second attempt of saving Yggdrasill and the Unicorn's Forest.
