Marvellous! Could you see ITV giving Shakespeare the time of day today? Not unless you got the chance to vote off the players halfway through. Hmmm. Now there's an idea! Hamlet X-Factor - You choose who drinks from the poisoned chalice at the end! - Oh dear. Now what have I started! ;)
What?! What?! What?! I can only assume you found this by accident. I just realised that you're American. You do your country proud. "Whats this movie about?" Jackass.
So do you know what Mencken's The American Language is about?
Not knowing what this play is about can be caused either by ignorance or by difference of personal tastes. I myself read every play of Christopher Marlowe's more than thrice, but can admire Shakespeare's Twelfth night and Hamlet only. Shakespeare's other plays are comparatively badly plotted.
I will be in this play, we open in 2 weeks. I'm so excited.

I knew that Jeremy Brett had to be a brilliant Shakespearean! I wish he had done more Shakespeare.
