@facebook19901 If you mean the yellow bit of the candy.. i guess.. just stretching, popping air bubbles and then addiing to the other colors, to make a green/yellow/white candy
They are popping the air bubbles that form in the sugar mass, so the candy doesn't have holes in the end... if you stretch it out there would be loooong holes and you could cut your tongue on the sharp ends..
