Those clouds could be mving over an area of high convection (rising air) but by seeing contrails right next to the clouds, i suspect a fast moving aircraft created those.

The other con-trails in the area is also proof that the video was taken in an area of jet plane traffic. You will see these hole clouds in areas of commercial carrier routes and also from military jet traffic. Again, the clouds are caused by cooling. So when you add hot exhaust, they are dissipated.
