Spencer Leigh, writing Jimmy Campbell obituary on the 14th February 2007, summed Jimmy up. Worth looking for if you have time. Jimmy was a great writer and musician, who just missed the 'Liverpool Sound' boat at the time, probably by design. Jimmy Campbell was his own man, and a lovely sensitive man at that
