Tell your Congressman to rewrite the “Employee Freedom of Choice Act” so it uses the Internet to allow workers to request and conduct union votes DIRECTLY with the NLRB. Truly secret votes where employers can’t identify and fire organizers. Force employers to bargain with unions 30 days after a successful vote. Bring in an arbitrator 30 days later if no contract is in place. In 2012 VOTE for Obama, House & Senate majorities and pass it!
YouTube allows an upload to be used as a video comment on just a SINGLE posting. So please search YouTube for “Introduction to Teaching 101.mpeg”. Don’t know how much of my taxes are going to study public education, but Washington could save a LOT on consultant fees by just reading the responses to my above upload from hard pressed teachers from around the country. Teachers KNOW what is wrong with American education – career and politically motivated administrators do not.
THERE IS NO “FAIR” WAGE FOR TEACHERS. The closest we can come is that wage structure produced from negotiations between a strong teachers union and a powerful government body. Pitting a SINGLE employee against a powerful state government or a multi-national corporation is laughingly unfair. Only through COLLECTIVE bargaining between these entities can something approaching a “fair” wage be reached.
Look at all these takers of your taxdollars, and they still complain about being poor.
if this continue, your taxes will increase killing the bussiness. Most bussiness will plan to export jobs to China to avoid extreme high taxes of O'Blabla's administration.
Corporations would love to deal with you all as individuals. You have no chance.
