You can export out an lowpoly obj file and generate all the fine details out in a displacement map or a normal map, then you can combine it and animate it in the 3d package you like :)

I just started am already making decent sculpts and stuff thanks to the help of Digital tutors DvD's so i would suggest saving a few hundred extra bucks if you want to learn the program fast.

I added more devisions. Ctrl + d is the shortcut. And I used the smooth brush, to smooth out some of the hard details.
