Now I'm waiting for the lesson on what to say in japanese after the clothes is taken off. I can't wink, I can't wink. But before this lesson, wasn't there one on what to say in japanese to make a japanese girl take the pants off 「パンツを脱ぐ」. I can't... I can't wink.
nice since I see Japanese tourist at my job everyday in NYC, and telling them to take off jackets and belts will be useful so "Jaket o Nugu kuresai" would be take off jacket please? what about belt? (sorry if my Japanese spelling is off I write it in Spanish for better pronunciation)
My Japanese friend in Fukui wanted jeans from the US. I bought some Gloria Vanderbiilts. I should have thought of the Gap I will go there. Thanks for the suggestions.
"Please take off your shoes," would be a useful phrase to know, or in my case, "Dad! Take off your shoes!" He's so used to living in American now that, even though Grandma raised him with proper manners, he doesn't take off his shoes when he comes inside. He claims to know Japanese because of all his business trips, so maybe he'd listen if I told him in Japanese since he certainly doesn't listen when I tell him in English.
@Blueyedcin You mean Japanese brand? I have no idea. I always buy my jeans at Gap or H&M or Zara. I can't wear Japanese jeans. They don't fit my body :( Maybe Uniqlo ones are nice.
@Blueyedcin Yeah Japan likes American brand clothing. You have no idea how USA and Japan influence each other. Japan has all this technology, but they also are big fans of Apple products. You shoulda seen Japan when they got a Toys R Us, it was crazy!
I hate this in Japanese -.-'', 履く、着る、する、かぶる thing! I can't keep them apart, though it's quite easy. Why can't you say 着る for everything^^? But even so, I'll never give up learning this beautiful language♪・・・ 頑張ります!
I decided to use this phrase on my girlfriend earlier(mind you she knows 0 Japanese) and it worked....she took off her clothes...I said it in english, she put them back on and slapped me...I said it in Japanese again...and it worked...please explain....LOL!
thank you for these lessons. :) kono kotoba ha suzushii desu, demo boku ha shoshinsha ha kore to nihongo o hanaserimasen to omou. ah was that sentence correct? :D please tell me, i was too lazy too search for the kanji :)
I have a question.. kiru also means to cut, right? what's the difference between to wear and to cut in terms of pronunciation or stress? thanks :)
