Kid can't be in your party when facing the Hydra, Glenn can't be in your party when facing Zoah or infiltrating the manor, a lot of the lines are either unused or used by others; Harle, saying Lynx's lines, is in the library, and does Zoah even say that dialogue? What about the statue-polisher? Why does Korcha not say anything about the mermaid?
