Hi Charles! It seems that Janus comes with a binding for opening files quickly. It's supposed to be command-t or leader-t. (It's on the README, under "Command-T"). I don't have Vim or a Mac, so I can't test it right now.

i think you need the vim plugin FuzzyFinder it is exactly the same option than (applekey + t)
a file browser with many options .:(Files,Buffer,Tags,Most recent used, Directories)
