Make sure you aren't using a film clip, and it helps to have the connection host's film, and I'm pretty sure you know Mark VI is a big no-no.

The flaming helmet is like the katana, it's the recon body piece but it's called Bungie and gives you a flaming head. It's not EOD body, if it was my character's head would be flaming but it's not.
