You have to bias the tubes so that they operate in a certain range.

It has to do with the voltage - current relationship of the tubes. If you don't know anything about electronics, it basically is just to make them operate properly. If you do know about electronics, then you probably know what I'm talking about.

It is a tube amp. Tube amps have tubes that need to be biased with the correct amount of current and voltage. This one, you don't have to worry about plugging in a multimeter and turning a bias pot inside the amplifier.

You don't have to worry about anything but changing tubes every once and a while ;D

Randall makes all their RM series amps with self-BIASING section, which means you can bias the amps without the need of a guitar tech. I think theres a video on youtube that talks about it.
