Ooh, I am gonna try this. We love anything with taco seasoning. I did your last one, and it was amazing! I will not cook anything that I have to have a million ingredients and spend 2 hours on. I love to make super fresh, organic meals, SOMETIMES, but not every single time I cook. i just don't have the time with two toddlers, a house, chores, and errands to take care of. I need need yummy and quick, without having to get fast food, so this works great!

I love the dinner ideas. Some people just do recipe's that are so hard and time consuming with SO many ingredients. I have three kids and just dont have time for that. Your dinners are fast and simple, just like I like them! Keep them coming! PLEASE!!!!

You obviously have a gorgeous, healthy family that eats well. To me, a balanced diet = a mix of healthy meals AND fun/comfort meals!!!

@SilasDrejer Umm.. that's why it says that this is a great QUICK meal, for when you don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. Sorry.. not everyone has tons of time to chop up a bunch of veggies. Plus, this only calls for a couple anyways and one of them WAS fresh. So get off my back. My family loves it and we usually cook healthy meals, so that's all that matters.
