they look for ANY and ALL reasons to deny people....they follow you around undercover with video cameras to try and capture you in a split second functioning like a seemingly normal human being as if you have to be bed ridden to qualify as disabled...they tell you to get a form from your doctor and then when you do they claim its the wrong one and have you going back and forth for months on end...i know, they are TRYING to do it to my mother right now but we are on top of things!!!!! believe it!
Most of the people who cannot get SS is because of fraud and abuse in the system that is RAMPENT and not because of mistakes. The mistake I made was to hire an attorney that did not at all advocate for me and advocated for SS and was bought and paid for by SS. I have severe severe arthritis and cannot walk at all and have severe depression and anxiety disorder and cannot work and cannot get SS. I know someone who I used to work with in an office and is getting it and got it within 2 months.
