They're just cloth! Have you noticed how at no point do the girl and puppet talk in the same time and how the blonde maintains such a fixed smile while the puppet supposedly speaks? Ventriloquism is a hard enough skill with just the speaking. She does it with singing - how the heck does she hit thoe notes so perfectly without moving her lips? This is what I call an outstanding talent - and from such a pretty girl too! However, the puppet is a little ugly. Hope Meghan finds something prettier to work with!

Yes, she really DOES have pipes! It DOES take a lot of talent to sing that well with a closed mouth. She should keep working at it, especially considering the success of a musical like "Avenue Q" where the people DO move their mouths...which she doesn't.

It was painful for me to watch her cry after getting cut in the second round. Here's the thing though: There was already a signer-ventriloquist who made the auditions. Terry Fator already had a better performance in the second round. Unfortunately, the two will get compared and only a standout act will survive. The good news is, though, she will have another chance to do the competition again. Otherwise, she will see great success in the future.
