This video makes no sense when it's not blurred. The joke is supposed to be that he actually is just talking to his penis and he's just a silly guy with a carrot strapped to his head pretending it's a bluetooth? That's weak. Now a guy with a penis on the side of his head talking to it like a cell phone? Ok maybe it's a bit stupid but that is a funny premise and the reveal at the end has shock value. I looked this up because it was great on Tosh.0 but it turns out the original sucks.
