Great video, If you need any help getting your videos or channel exposed, i use a service called thetubeviews . net it has helped 5 of my videos get ranked on the first page

To answer your question :
1.Check e-mails
2. Check stats of my web sites
3. Check Twitter 4 new followers and decide if I follow back
4. Search on Twitter 4 people that tweet about interesting stuff for me and follow them
5. open Google Reader
This process it's up to 90 minutes.

E-mails and then (in no particular order) facebook youtube vloggerheads and seesmic then fark (my news source) some web-comics and then movie and video game news.
After that I write a page of something, short stories, poetry, music lyrics, speeches or whatever is on my mind. Then, I step away from the computer.
