yes it is an AGP but make sure you read box if you buy because there is a pci-e one also same box but 1 difference

no i don't have 4 gb of ddr2 but i have a 2 gb of ddr2

planning to upgrade my "ancient" pc that my parents bought 5 years ago. I want to just to play this game.

gonna replace my nvidia geforce 5500 with the HD 3650 1gb ddr, And what do you suggest as a replacement for my crappy 1.8 ghz AMD athlon 64+ 3000 (cheapest one just right to play this game)?

Also what do should i buy first? processor or the graphic card?
