wow so much spam on a video that's a year old. I hit 5500 non crit... so 9.3k is a 15.5% reduction from resilience. BTW, soulfire did 1k unbuffed and has a 170% coefficient. WIth '600 sp unbuffed', that's about 2k dmg non crit. Good luck getting 9.3k with that.
