  • @Destino68 I think it's the vocal minority, like with most everything else, but it is scary to think that it could on day be the majority. Everyone, regardless of affiliations, needs to keep theirselves in check and try not to propagate hate and call out those who do within their communities. Just looking at the comments here makes me lose faith in humanity's ability to love and respect each other.

  • Teaching your children Christianity is child abuse, but teaching them they are superior to Christians because of science and, there for, can treat them however they please is ok. *cough*hypocrites*cough*

  • @MisticMcil Who ever said that atheists should treat Christians however they like? Or that atheists are superior to Christians because of science (what does that even mean)? If the best you're going to do is post silly straw man arguments, don't bother; it doesn't look smart.

  • @Destino68 Apparently, you've never been on the receiving end of the new age Atheist hate. Not saying all are like that, I have some Atheist friends and they are cool, but a lot of the newer breed of Atheist are full of hate and spite. People like Richard Dawkins are not helping things much.

  • @MisticMcil I don't want to question your personal experiences, it's just when people complain about outspoken atheists all too often they're confusing criticism of religious ideology with personal attack. It's the belief that's the issue, not so much the person believing it (unless they're imposing their beliefs on others).

  • @Destino68 Oh no, I'm not talking about outspoken Atheist, or anyone else that is outspoken for that matter. I'm talking about the "OMG! RELIGION IS SO HORRIBLE! I HATE CHRISTIANS AND ALL OF THEM SHOULD DIE A PAINFUL HORRIBLE DEATH AND OMG I WANT TO KILL THEM ALL" types. Trust me, they exists and they are fueling their kids with the same hate.

  • @MisticMcil Yeah, that's pretty nasty. I would like to think that that kind of attitude is relatively scarce amidst the atheist community, but there are always going to be irrational nuts no matter where you stand on belief..

  • @MisticMcil What a bunch of shit. Atheists are not telling their kids that. You probably just watch the video about Jesus Camp and are mad, so you want to think that Atheists are doing it to. Atheist parents dont have time to talk badly about religions, they are too busy educating and making their children good members of society. Atheist extremists might number in the thousands, how many religious extremists do you think there are in the US. Millions!

  • @MrKGatl Why would I be mad about Jesus Camp? Those people are crazy. They are twisting the word of God to create a stable revenue stream out of people who just want something to blindly follow. And don't think that religion is the only thing people do that with, it's happens in Atheism too. Until you get out of your comfort zone and stop seeing things so polarized, you'll never see this kind of thing happen. Just look around at a lot of online forums or find a group of anti-religion Atheist IRL

  • @MisticMcil Heck, just check out some of the comments here. Is it really that hard to believe? These type of Atheist wrap their hate in self-righteousness and proclaim it to be a good thing because "Christians are ignorant." (Side note: Generalizations are stupid. Not everyone is the same.) If you are truely as open-minded as you clam (you as in the person reading, not you as in MrKGat), you will not treat others with disrespect and hate as if they are beneath you.

  • @MisticMcil We atheists arent filled with hate, its intollerance to ignorance. We are frustrated, could you imagine if 4 out of every 5 adults believed in Santa, thats how we feel. Atheists, are the most discriminated group in America now. When you name hate groups in America, almost everyone of them is religiously based. No where do you see militant atheists or anything close. When you say that generalizations are stupid you are generalizing. Christians are ignorant!

  • @MrKGatl Where did I say Atheist as a whole? I'm talking about a certain group of Atheist. Just look at Dawkins, he's one of them. Seems like every time I hear that man speak it's destroy religion this, kill god that. He's a huge source of hate and I wouldn't be surprised if his rhetoric militarized a group of not-all-there religion haters.

As for evidence, mind giving some on how the bible supports slavery and is anti-woman? Full quotes, please. None of one-liner stuff.

  • @MisticMcil Dawkins never say "kill god" that would be absurd because he doesn't think he exists. He is the most calm speaker on behalf of other atheists. You just take it personal because it goe against your delusion. There is plenty of evidence for the promotion of slavery in the bible. If you would read it, you would know.

  • @MisticMcil You dont need to twist the bible to be evil or to see the obvious lack of morality. Non belief or atheism, doesnt do this sort of thing. I am very much anti religion. But I am also anti slavery, which is endorsed in the bible, and I am pro women, which the bible is not. Please give us some examples of these atheists groups that you are talking about. Sorry to ask for evidence, I know evidence is probably against your religion.

  • Thanks for the video :). I hate how many hate crimes religion causes. Believe what you want to believe, but be peaceful about it. And to the people in this video...what happened to love thys neighbor?

  • atheists shut up, stop being so annoying with trying to disprove christianity already leav us worship, and christians stop trying to convert atheists or treating them like crap, god wants prace and love, gee what a nice way to to show the love and peace of god, by hating others! Both groups need to chill! But i admit the christians are the ones who ignite the fire!

  • @Justinian43 Atheists don't disprove anything - they point out the ignorance and misinformation of religions - not just Christianity.

To ask a cult - any cult - to stop trying to convert people, is defeating the purpose of the cult.

  • @TheHigherVoltage True but you guys take it to the offensive, you don;t say "hey my friend the bible isnt really trustworthy, i'll tell you why, the council of nicaea in the 4th century..." most say Hey religious moron, your bible is a lie re-written by the christian churhc (not just catholic. now offends every chrisian branch) see what i mean (and yes i dont believe in the church, i have the "minds of an atheist" with the belief in god and good" so yeah lol

  • @Justinian43 'you guys take it to the offensive'? ... oh come on now.

Haven't you heard the Christian mantra? If you don't believe in Jesus, you're evil, the cause of all evil, the enemy of our Creator, doomed to eternal torture...and should be 'cut down and burned in the fire' if you won't convert.

Christianity of yesterday is Muslim extremism of today - and if American Christians get their wish, it'll be 'all for Jesus! - kill the heathens!' again...sooner rather than later.

  • But god does exist, call it the force, a field of good, kindness etc. But you know there is good and bad, not the stupid "heaven if you go to church and love jesus, hell if you don't" so i agree with most if not all of your opinions, but you gotta understand, Jesus himself wasn't like this, it was the medieval catholic church that shaped Christianity into a prison from thoughts and expressions, much like the sexist islam (women cant marry non musilm, men can, and woman cover faces) -___-

  • @Justinian43 "you gotta understand, Jesus himself wasn't like this,"

oh come on. how can you have the intellectual honesty to realize religions are non-sense, but then have the intellectual dishonesty of claiming you know something about 'a real Jesus'?!?!

Snap out of it! There may or may not be real Gods - now reset everything you think you know to 'I don't know'. What evidence do you have besides faith to build any of this stuff on? And what makes that faith any different than a Hindu's?

  • did i not say there is a god, a higher presence, a good side, etc. See there you go, i actually say i agree with most of your views, now you try to insult my beliefs, one can;t be nice to an atheist,it;s like adding fuel to a fire. Chill out! There is something called, human beliefs, I believe in God, i don't care if you don;t and respect you if you don't because you;re exercising freedom of beliefs, so please i ask for you to do the same, i haven;t tried to convert you eh? Thank you!

  • @Justinian43 Beliefs can't be insulted. You were insulted. Because I pointed out you claim to know something you do not. ie. " Jesus himself wasn't like this". Instead of giving it a thought and actually realizing "huh, ya, I actually don't know what Jesus was like", you go on a 'you can't be nice to atheist' rant.

    I respect people. I don't respect delusions.

  • @TheHigherVoltage You can't prove that my beliefs are delusional, that simple so you fail at that argument, I spent my last hours of my life amongst atheists and I learned how to make better arguments, truth is arguing over beliefs is time-wasting you can;t change my views, i can't change your views. I choose to believe in a deity, i love science, i am not an extremist, i believe in evolution, etc. So there.

  • @Justinian43 If I couldn't prove that faith-based beliefs were delusional, I'd still be a believer.

"I spent my last hours of my life amongst atheists" ,,, kinda proves my point. :/

For the record, all intellectually honest people change their views when verifiable evidence is presented and understood. The only thing stopping people from being honest with themselves is faith-based delusions.

  • Delusion: An idiosyncratic belief or impression that is firmly maintained despite being contradicted by what is generally accepted as reality. Sorry i don't suffer from that, maybe most of my fellow christian friends do, but like i said i'm not an extremist, i live a happy life, i live by a set of rules not because of heaven or hell (don;t believe in that) but because it feels good to help others. I have an open mind and i like to learn new ideas, and i still choose to believe in god.

  • @Justinian43 You sound more like a Buddhist than a Christian.

  • @TheHigherVoltage well my friend i choose to take the best from every philosophy, inclduing a bit of atheism as well.

  • @Justinian43 Sounds very Buddhist. Are you familiar with the (original) Buddhist philosophy?

  • @TheHigherVoltage No i am sorry, please enlighten me (no sarcasm, honest question) i really haven't looked into buddhism lol

  • @Justinian43 Google Buddha quotes. Start with the 'Do not believe in anything' quote. And check out some of his bio stuff. If you like what you read, seek out more.

  • @TheHigherVoltage alright thanks for the info, may the force be with you! =D

  • GOD punishes? I don't need another parent, thank u.

  • Hey Americans atheists, just move here, in Canada.

  • @Doum92 Too cold!

  • why are atheists the most mistrusted group? we don't fly planes into skyscrapers or do sucide bombs. we atheists never threatend with violence we just use mere words about evolution, science and the orgins of life why is that to be afarid of?

  • @Wolfboy2012 Atheists are mistrusted by religious people, and even governments who rely on religion as a form of population control. Atheists threaten fantasies.

  • atheism is on the rise. no fear

  • America, shame on you for acting like this. Freedom of religion also means freedom from religion you superstitious fools.

Scary how near the end of the video John McCain admits America is a theocracy.

  • Wow only 1% of the people in the USA are not fucking idiots.

  • @torrid426 not all christians are idiots you fucking idiot, see there you go, why don't you atheists chill!

  • @Justinian43

Any one who believes in something that has bin proven wrong is an idiot.

As to why don't atheist chill, Who is stopping stem cell research ? Who is trying to teach creationist crap in schools ?

We cant "chill out" because pieces of shit like you are spreading your lies.

  • How about you shut the fuck up, i am not attacking your views to start with, you can believe a stone is a deity or believe in humanism and i don't care! I respect your views, i never try to convert people and why would i? I live my own life, added a simple comment, who's the better man? The one who respects others or the one who attacks without realizing I HAVE NOT EVEN TRIED TO CONVERT YOU PIECE OF WORM-BRAINED BUFFOON!

  • @torrid426 Oh by the way since you like to fight, tell me, how can you prove there is no god? eh? Simply answer that oh and read my comment before. Use your brains atheist, reply with wisdom, prove to me there is no god

PS: I ain't trying to convert you, i'll simply prove why your argument against my beliefs is total bogus! So answer away and you shall find there is no legitimate response to my question.

  • @Justinian43 Why would anyone need to prove that there is no god? Do you believe everything that you can't dispprove?

  • @Aegruss My friend, here's what leads to my conclusion of god, the big bang, everything was matter, then planets formed, i find it a bit hard for life to sprout out of dead matter and elements, evolution happens with organisms, but where did the organisms sprouted from? Just a little thought, not a statement, but the day someone presents me with solid proof that there is no god, i'll stop believing my friend

  • @Aegruss "Why would anyone need to prove that there is no god? "

As far as I see, no one is attempting to prove 'there is no god'. All I see are people pointing out the hows and whys of why your God - and every other Godmyth God(s) of all theistic religions - are not from or about any real God - only by people to control others as 'God's will'.

Or maybe it's just cause intellectually honest people realize someone like Palin or Perry getting the nuke codes is a bad fucking idea.

  • @Justinian43

We are on the subject of Christians being fucking idiots. As for no gods, people worship the concept of death as a god, non thinking non feeling but yet still a god, in that sense its a real god.

You want proof your particular religion is bullshit I will need to know which crap you believe in.

Just that there are 2,600 versions of Christianity in the USA alone and 4k world wide is a good clue its bullshit.

Which flavor of moron are you ?

  • @torrid426 You may be on the subject of labeling all christians as "fucking idiots", i am not, so don't type "we", second, by the way you carry yourself out insulting your opponent with half-assed assumptions is the act of an ignorant man as my atheist friends would say. Sorry but until you write to me without any sort of assumption or insult i shall reply to you with the same respect, have a good night, "sir".

  • @Justinian43

Hmm my last response is missing. Ok you small minded fleeb. first there are over 2500 versions of Christianity in the USA alone.

Which version of fairy tales do you believe in ? I will prove to you that one is wrong. If you were capable of understanding the broader picture you would not be a theist.

  • @torrid426 "small minded fleeb" just because you worded it differently doesn't change it moron. And don't call me a hypocrite if i ended my "diplomacy", i lost any respect for you by your terms pathetic ass-wipe. If you seek the answer, check my other comments towards "thehighervoltage" now he was respectful and got the answer he was looking for. Now fuck off.

  • @Justinian43

Oohh the whiner wants to use harsh language

I rephrased it because you are too fucking stupid to answer the question. I'm well aware it means the same thing

So you fat whiny bitch answer the question " to which version of christian bullshit .do you subscribe ? " Either tell us or stop asking for proof.

You know its bullshit and thats why you wont answer.

  • @torrid426 and i'm supposed to answer to you because... you're..IDIOT OF THE YEAR! Congratulations! But i think you replied the wrong person, i'm not the fat one here, FAIL!

  • @Justinian43

Ya I'm sure your skinny not a pound over 130, ya right. You are supposed to answer because you wanted proof.

But you are too fucking stupid to know what religion you are. You are just another piece of evidence proving my statement "All Christians are fucking idiots"

OMFG is that you on the vid ! Where is your dad to slap some sense into you ? You debate like a fat American woman.

  • Comment removed

  • @Justinian43

I see you are too fucking stupid to read my profile. It explains everything.

What kind of christian are you is the question. We all know you are one of the taking it up the ass Catholic kids. Thats why you argue like a fat chick, its all that dick you take.

The bible says "worship no graven images" so who is that fucked up guy on the giant plus sign ?

Why did your loving god create Satin ?

  • @torrid426 Go Watch "Do you want to date my Avatar" by The Guild, cheer yourself up, i'm done. Oh i have a 3.8 college GPA have fun trying to prove i'm stupid my friend! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Oh and i don't believe in the bible, nor what the church says tadaaaa! Can't get me back because the taddle tales of the average theists don;t apply to me! ok bye bye

  • @Justinian43

Oohh 3.8. Most likely a lie or you are something simple like a business or psych major.

Now we know why your dad left you, or does he just drink allot ?

Way to fail to answer the question, you are clearly not an English major. Your reading comp sucks.

  • @torrid426 "Why did your loving god create satan?" Do i look like the pope? do i look like someone at the Council of Nicaea? Your question is pretty retarded, especially after i said that i don;t read the bible or believe in hell, the devil or anything related. Way to read! Very smart of you! And i'd bet a buck that you will ask something stupid again. Yep, oh and your grammar sucks as well, boo-hoo!

  • @LancelotSE im on the same boat with you

  • I'm not an atheist, but this really is sad. Why can people not just live and let live? As long as your beliefs (or lack thereof) aren't hurting anyone, what's the big deal?

  • @ElectricMayhem87 Because Humanity is a mongrel race that will never evolve out of it's ignorant, bloodthirsty, hateful, and idiotic ways.

The day that the last human dies, is the day that the universe gets a little less horrible.....

  • @ElectricMayhem87 Because people think that everyone should think the same way. They get so caught up in their religion that they think that everyone who isn't that religion is a horrible person.

  • @ElectricMayhem87 Agreed, but many feel that certain beliefs are in fact hurting people. After looking at history, I cannot help but think is is detrimental to a civilization. Otherwise, believe whatever you want!

  • i forget his name at 09:24 but he clearly does not know his own countrys history it was not found on religon was the reason to go there yes but it was the merchant' s that formed the backbone, AND the christans of the time were farmre moved form the media induced ones we see to day they bleaived in magic's which craft was real..

  • If god would punish non-believers, I wouldn't have made it past my first birthday.

  • God is the only choice... Why do you wonder why you have lost your jobs or have had things bad? Because you havent believed in God. You don;t need to be a strong christian. You just need to beleive in God. It doesn't hurt to believe.

  • @officiallymatthew I disagree. Fully grown people who believe in fairy-tales most definitely has the potential to be harmful. Sounds like you are hedging your bets to avoid the made up place known as hell. "god is the only choice"....?....you don't know any other 'religions'? You are right about one thing, that individual lost employment for his beliefs. I don't know what you call that, but I call it integrity. On the other hand, I call you a scared, brainwashed loon. Take care.

  • @MrAgrippa91313 Well, i'm only 14 i haven't really studied other religions, but it never hurts to try i suppose. My opinion is Athiests discriminate on christians just as much as christians do to them. Thats the point of the video right?

  • @officiallymatthew I think that is a massive overgeneralization to think that is the point, respectfully. I don't see how a group that is only 3% of the U.S. population, who very often don't speak about their religious standpoint, is discriminating in any way against what this video so aptly stated was a christian nation (by the way thought that part was hilariously incorrect). I am curious to know why you think that. Do tell?

  • @MrAgrippa91313 I will tell, I know quite a few people that really are cruel to christians. Don't believe me look at comics, tv-shows, movies, etc... I go on facebook i see it. Maybe they don't go out in real life and chant around because they are to scared, but most are connected through web as i speak to you now. Most of those 3% are children who were neglected from their parents and are now in depression. Most athiests aren't scientists tbh. Mos athiests live in trailers.

  • @officiallymatthew umm It is my personal belief that christians or any other group that grew from a cult deserve every bit of disdain shown to them, though some disdain could be expressed with more tact(like my boy Christopher Hitchens).Your right we don't go around forcing our beliefs on people, you christians already have that covered, what's your point? You are breaking the 9th commandment when youclaim to know the entire 3%of atheists. You sir, are brainwashed into really believing that crap.

  • @officiallymatthew You could look at the per capita numbers of college graduate atheists vs christians to find out all you need to know.Or the percentages of atheists vs christians in the prison system right now.I am not lying when I say more religious people live in trailers than not, doesn't take a genius to figure that one out.I guess that's what happens when you let jesus take the wheel. Most christians don't listen to a word the guy said anyways, they love to hate in their sky daddys name.

  • @officiallymatthew More to the point you were probably raised in your religion and accept it without question. Atheists actually study the religion before rejecting it. Just read the bible and if you buy into all that, then you could be called crazy by any psychologist or well educated individual. The tower of babel is my favorite crazy ass story, depicts your god perfectly.

  • @officiallymatthew and does the fact that people are cruel to Christians make it ok for Christians to be cruel to Atheist?

  • @miss0interpret Athiests are way more cruel to christians than the other way around... The point of the video was to show that Christian on Christian creulity are rare and that Christians can be cruel to. I'm pointing my opinion. Athiests are more out spoken on hatred than christians... They just don't show it on media because it would never get the media any money....

  • @officiallymatthew Um... no. You do know that Hitler, a Christian, wanted to exterminate all atheists, right? And I've never heard of violence in the name of atheism, but I sure have heard of violence in the name of Christianity. (KKK. Crusades. Abortion clinic bombers. The Norway terrorist.)

  • @officiallymatthew Why do you say that atheists are more cruel to Christians than vice versa? I've yet to hear or see any such things. The worst I've seen from atheists toward Christians is that some of us mock your silly beliefs. Guess what? That's far less cruel than the laundry list of crimes toward atheists I've read about and witnessed (lost jobs, lost homes, violence, systemic discrimination). Justify your position. Cite your sources, or all you have is baseless opinion.

  • @officiallymatthew "Athiests are way more cruel to christians than the other way around."

I really don't see how that's possible. Christianity teaches that everyone outside their faith is 'enemies of Jesus'...and evil to be converted or destroyed - Atheists realize Christians are simply delusional.

Tell you what - when an Atheist bombs a pro-life gathering, I might take your claim seriously.

  • Can't believe only 5,000 views.

But, on the other hand, this is a popular topic nowadays. Lots of competition out there. Which, in the end, is a good thing.

I've watched a lot of other vids, and this one is extremely well done! Visuals are so much more powerful than just hearing about it. We need more videos like this--ones that demonstrate how ugly delusions can get. This provides a powerful answer to the question, "what's the harm in religion"?

    Well done and thank you!

  • I though Christmas was about being good to one another. I would of thought that Christians would be pleased that atheists celebrate christmass. Its not about religion for most people, its about having a day off from everything, some good food, good company and drinking a little bit too much. Thats something that everyone (even some muslims, hindus and jews that I know) like about Christmas.

  • Good, why should my kids be forced to associate themselves with atheist kids?

  • oh...oh my god. I know good religous ppl but oh my god that woman is crazy, to think she believes what she is doing is right is very scary

  • When will people see the insanity and horror that is religion. Religion has been at the center of so much hatred and needless bloodshed. All because they just can't deal with the fact someone else believes differently. Is it really that hard to accept?! Ever since I was a kindergartener, I've always known everyone is entitled to live and believe as they see fit without threats, violence or persecution. Why can't religious people understand this?

  • This made me want to cry :'(

  • ok seriously, make a list over benefits and negative effects that come from religion. Then remove all the benefits that you can have without the religion. Whats left? Il tell you, all the problems.,

  • Right now, Atheism is a persecuted minority, but ... we are the future. We are the sane, rational future. God is dead. And we'll PROVE their beliefs are delusions.

We're comin' to getcha! And you can't hide!

  • @USERNAMEfieldempty As an English atheist I find it astonishing just how marginalised Atheists can be in America.

  • America really needs a wake up call, if they continue down this road they be too ignorant to lead the world, and perhaps even too ignorant to lead their own country, which will eventually fall to sectarian civilwar. How sad it is too such a promissing nation being demolished by their own superstitions.

  • Sigh.... it can even turn family around....

If someone is making someone else feel bad.. isn't that bad.... isnt that a "sin"

This world is full of contradictions...

  • wow, hannity is climbing down the ass of a fellow republican, because of course only republicans believe in God. isnt that what conservatives always say?

  • Thank god I dont live in america

  • @TMeerkat8 America is a really great country for all the bad things that are said about it. I'm an atheist and I want to live here because I know, at it's heart, America is about expression, debate, and diversity. Even though the majority may not like you, there are always those willing to hear you out and those willing to accept you.

  • Where i live in england i would say at least 30% of my school are athiest and 60% have a faith but dont really care about it. the women at 4:40 should be kept away from her child. i felt sorry for that boys pridiciment.

  • This is a shockingly moving video. As an atheist and scientist, I understand plenty of what publicly acknowledging one's disbelief means. In Costa Rica, even being a mostly catholic country, we don't face the tiniest percentage of violation of human rights as it occurs in the States. Many of my best friends in the US are atheists and scientist, and they have to fight every centimeter of freedom every day. This seems to be spreading here to unfortunately.

  • It scares me the way she just sits there smiling like so psychopath, so dosen't even comprehend what is being said to her, she can only repeat what has been drilled into her head over and over again.

  • sean hannity: voice of reason... lol wut?

  • Did ANYONE read the treaty of tripoli?

    Article 11

  • On the beginning the reporter spoke bit too nicely to that sick bitch.

Religion is so discusting barbaric bullshit...

  • "We need to go to the church every single day!"

Right! Like that is going to help against a mind that is about to free itself from the cocoon his parents want to inprison him in....

  • Bishops are lying bullshitters and child molesters. And the mother at 4.50 is a branwashed, visious, ignorant bitch....

  • Christian funides! You can take your bible and shove it up your ass!

You're not an ounce better than Islamic fundies! If given the chance, you would stone your own kids in the name of your insane biblical space daddy!

    You are molesting kids minds!

  • Thanks for posting this video.

  • Religion is disgusting. Some Christians are proving how lethal a poison religion can become.

Religion is suppose to be spiritual release for people who needs to believe, but then there are people who take it literal.

  • There are a LOT more atheists in the U.S. than 3%. People just won't admit it out of fear of discrimination. Just like there are a lot of homosexuals out there who can't even admit it to themselves, much less to the people around them.

Ignorance, bigotry and hatred aren't going anywhere, there will always be people who would be in genuine danger just for admitting some truth about themselves that doesn't harm anyone but is not acceptable to those around them.

  • I've said it before, If god wanted to punish me for not believing in him he shouldn't send me to hell, he should send me to heaven to be with religious people, now that would be hell

  • @keithrose4227 haha good point.

  • Great Job on the video man.

  • Excellent final word. good job.

  • @Truthsleuth5 hey thanks mate, means a lot to me. I didnt think when I made this video that it would become my most popular video (and even then, not really that popular, it's been up for over a year and only has 3,500 views), because it was my least exhaustive effort. None of this is my own personal footage, I just pulled a bunch of clips I had been reviewing off of youtube, spliced them together and wrote what I was thinking at the time. Amazing, sometimes that's really all you need I guess

  • @sabastionhides

May I ask you this: Is it that bad over in USA?

If that be the case, Thomas Jefferson and Thomas Paine would be rolling over in their graves......

  • @bohemianwriter1 Indeed it is. I've lost two jobs from it being found out that I am an atheist. To say that intellectualism has been devalued over here would be an understatement.

  • @sabastionhides

    How is that possible?

Can they fire you for not believing in the same fairy tales as they do?

  • @bohemianwriter1 Haha, I forgot that you live in a sane and rational place, so this is foreign to you. I live in the area of the country that has always been referred to as, "The Bible Belt". Religious bigotry here is rampant. What they did isn't technically lawful, but it happens all the time here because no atheist would win in a court room with one of their Christian judges on the stand. Plus, TN is an "at-will state", meaning they can fire you for no reason and at any time.

  • @sabastionhides I think its wrong to fire someone for being athiest, however you cannot block God out of the world. God is our father, and no athiest is going to change that.

  • @bohemianwriter1 There is a rabid competition between religions in the U.S. Multiple times I have seen families disown members who left the family religion. There is a "we" versus "they" mentality that demonizes people outside "your" faith. It's all about who is going to hell and who is going to heaven. - ex-mormon and agnostic here

  • yeah ill bet more church is all the boy needs. this lady doesnt give a shit if he believes she just wants him in the club.

  • That says a lot about the land of free!

  • The hosts on Fox sure are personal and direct, lol. Fucking bigots.

  • its pretty bad when she can have me agreeing with sean hanity LOL

  • All I had to hear was "joining us now from Westboro Baptist Church". These people are fucking fanatical lunatics. If they hate gays as much as we know they do I dont even need to guess what they think about me and other atheists. Although it doesn't surprise me that Hannity would bring on possibly the most offense group in America to voice their opinions and gather support. I am not even going to listen to the rest of this because it will make me a bit angry and im in a good mood right now.

  • @s5b678 Better be in a good mood while you can, because you are going to hell!!!!

  • Glad that family got the fuck out of that town. Hope they let out a stank-ass fart and slammed the door on those hillbillies.

  • @asdfGeist, You want to throw that gummy stuff on the bottom of large bodies of water over our throats? Because that's what "silt" is. I also think you meant "bathe" not bath and "their" not "they". In order to be offended or feel threatened, we kind of need you to be more coherent about your sentence syntax, spelling, and grammar first. However, I believe I was able to properly decipher this whole message. My response is: You're ignorant and I'm not afraid of you.

  • @sabastionhides Sorry for not thinking it out n rushin but errbody dont got d d time to think out shit, you knew what I meant and that was gud enough, cya around.....oops no I want im be chillin wit the G you gon b gettin fuked up tha ass with a spiked dick in hell, lol.....can you read that my good sir, if so no need to type correctly :p

  • @asdfGeist

You are making such great threats aren't you? "You're going to burn for ever in a place I made up because you don't think my imaginary friend is real." That's all you're saying. It's just that a dozen other people think the same that you think you're right.

  • @asdfGeist I really feel sorry for you and yours. You've got this blind hate toward your intellectual superiors because you're caught up in a delusion that has been perpetuated by your society for centuries. You never had a chance. I don't hate you, I just pity you. I wish for the day when we'll be able to help you see that your mythology is no different from all of the countless other "religions" before it. I have to wonder, do you ever stop and wonder what makes your God unique?

  • @sabastionhides dont be silly! Asdfgeist clearly stated he doesnt have time to think! I think thats what it said anyway.

  • @asdfGeist Fuck you, troll.

  • @asdfGeist you know you just proved this videos point you dumb pious redneck

  • @asdfGeist good job spoken like a true religious nut case

  • @asdfGeist

Is that what baby Jesus taught you in order to get Christmas presents?

That Christian Love truly shines through in your apparently divinelly motivated words....

  • @bohemianwriter1 i was joking, but then again butthurt atheist cant take jokes.

  • @asdfGeist

Atheists are the greatest jokers around. Just look at George Carlin. Besides, fundies truly do have that same nasty streak you just displayed. I wouldn't call what you displayed "humor" but something else. I call it fundie talking points...

  • @bohemianwriter1 Please refer to the above post, learn to take a joke...dick.

  • The reporter's mind "is numbed" because Shirley from Westboro Baptist is using religion to spread hate. I'm sorry, but religion is the BEST way for any group to spread hate. All you have to do is justify it by saying your invisible friend told you to, and somehow you can get away with it.

  • I knew there was a reason I didn't vote for McCain....

  • @mtszabo Haha, good one.

  • 7:37 is that an atheist woman in an Christian house or the opposite?

  • 1-3%? That figure is TOTAL BULLSHIT.

  • @MrShnizzle69

If you count people who stated "no religious preference" as atheists, we're at about 15%.

  • At 05:56 that image of the kids in that class room reminds me of a video i've seen about HITLER and how he trained kids that were older than 8 to kill people. Different times, same game.

  • I am all for freedom of religion. However, when it affects the rights of others, its wrong. Keep your church to yourself!

  • If you insult me believer, I´ll insult you back.

The world should pursue more human-like ideas and not be restricted by religiuos backgrounds that influence on culture.

  • The wrath of god is kicking christians in the face, its called atheism! :D

  • Fuck Christians

  • Just look her psycothic eyes, She needs help. very sad. what is more scary is that there is people that follows her and the fact she is able to appear on TV spreading her delusions.

  • Nice video! Thank you.

  • @jodiebug1 It fits at the beginning, but after 1:54 it could be brought down.

  • I used to get all kinds of crap and discrimination for being atheist when I was in highschool. But since I've grown up, gotten tattoos, rock a mohawk and sport my Bad Religion shirt with the huge crossbuster logo on it, It's been quite some time since I got any bullshit. It's sad that I have to be intimidating so Christians will leave me alone. These people's lives are run by fear. Fear of my looks, fear of individuality, and worst of all, fear of a God.

  • THIS IS FOX?!?! Holy shit!

  • @SteGab1979 yea! my thoughts exactly

  • @StL33T +1 to the -1000.

  • Religion has always justified hatred. Gay marriage anyone?

  • @superjeff14 Ya know, outside of religion the only reason to hate a homosexual for being a homo is "just because". And I mean the rights-denying, beating and killing in the parking lot kind of hate.

I hate techno, but I don't go out and beat up a DJ. *scratch scratch*
