During the decay of WCW, this was basically the last true big bang shock moment.

I remember this at the time.I DID expect Hollywood Hogan to turn face, as they were working toward it for weeks, but I never expected this. As much of a grudge as I hold against WCW,and as much as I objectively have to say that this wasn't really a top ten moment.

But,I never got to watch Hulkamania because wrestling wasn't huge when I was growing up. To see this, what I saw in old tapes, was awesome personally.
