Well, there's nothing to convert, just load replay, start program called FRAPS, start recording and thats it. You will also need some decompression program, becasue recorded files will be very big size(1-10Gb, it depends). Oh, you can decompress it with Windows Movie Maker too. :)
Why all you have knocked behind and all the car does not go further? And why their idiots you name all competently О_о or you simply rage that the program has overtaken you then play on a network there so much idiots and errors:)
