@SuperNOCUM It is possible to use 2 anti-viruses at the same time but it is highly unrecommended because it could cause conflicts and many problems. Just use 1

If you save a file from the internet, will avast! automatically scan it or is some specific setting required in order for it to do so?

i also did a test on avast antivirus 4.8 pro on september 1st 2010.i was testing it against 8 eicar test-files.it passed with 7/8.i love avast.some reviewers on cnet said avast free antivirus 5 had a bad detection rate.that's because they're idiots who trusts what sites say(they said they trust consumerreprots,which is alwo sponsored).don't you agree with me?also,every avast vid proves it has awesome detection.who's with me?

beause there was already a virus on your pc and it might have infected your antivirus when you were intalling it so when it updates it updates viruses thats what I THINK! MY OPINION !

Comodo is the best antivirus. Nothing in the world can get past the antivirus and defence + thats a fact. i test stuff. all antispyware. ive tested mcafee, avg, avast, avira, COMODO. Comodo num 1 by far. just look at my vid. IM NOT SPAMMING ITS THE TRUTH

many guy say its not a security suite but i wanna let you know its true but with just a anti virus u can stop a lot too u can alway use your own firewall and anti spyware or something that why anti virus is more powerfull its let you to choice your trusted firewall but if avast wanna make a security he should stay pro like that and home too then make the security suite with firewall and maybe other thing that they want too
