  • The amp sounds much better than that actually..

  • i see that you have got orange amps too...i am between this one and an orange dual terror.which of the two would you recommend?(i play blues, classic and hard rock, not metal)

  • jack black's younger brother

  • Best demo I've seen of this amp! Thank you!

  • i see the orange stack in the back ground, you ever try the egnater with an orange cabinet, its my special request.

  • Man, I wish I was you... that's all I really have to say about that.

  • This is all about money...where does musicianship come into it? It's a sick joke, particularly when you hear the kind of prices being asked for equipment these days.

  • fuck that Egnater piece of shit you got the best orange amps right in front of you!

  • Man, that cleans up well!

  • Nice Led Zeppelin at the beggining. I'm diggin it. Can you get like really good British 60's UK overdrive and 60's Fender Blackface tones with this?

  • Catfish blues? around 3:20

  • whats the song at 4:50 again?

  • Ten Years Gone!!!!!!! and wow, nice rendition of it dude! i envy your gear.

  • i actually like a vox night train on that cab

  • wow, that cleans up very nicely

  • wow that amp sounds really good, i think im gonna buy one but can you turn the distortion off and just get a clean tone and use a tube screamer for the distortion

  • Sounds frickin' awesome. Can't believe how many different tones with just guitar adjustments.

  • great tone ... and scenery ;-)

  • whats the first song you play ?

  • It's Led Zeppelin's "Ten Years Gone" until about 2:30 (then he segues into "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You")

  • Looks like you have an Orange Tiny Terror up there?? How would you compare the tone of the Egnator with the TT?

  • Damm nice ten years gone man : )))

  • Nice jam dude...any chance of a demo on this amp with one of the Strats??? THANKS

  • lovin the set up. beautiful oranges

cant wait till the egnater rebel 30 2X12 is out everywhere

  • damn dude ur rich man

  • whats the price for the gibson reissue?

  • excellent demo, thanks bro. id love to see some neck pup beyond the 12th fret soloing to get a complete picture, but the best demo of this ive seen. As others have said, not flashy, not too much preamble, just good tones. cheers.

  • Dead Right!

  • I have a friend who didn't care for my rebel 20 full stack.I admit ,it did sound like crap when he played my les paul custom on it,and my E.S.P KH-2.Then I looked at his settings. He had the bright switch on,the treble at 1 o clock, and the bass down low with gain cranked all the way. NO SHIT. My point is,you have to use the controls on the amp. That is why they are there !To many people plug in,and cant find the perfect sound in 30 seconds and get frustrated with an amp.Just relax man!

  • This is amazing amp i have to say and loud too,I play live every sunday in huge lutheran church this thing don't even need a mic

  • Sounds fan freakintastic, I'm getting a 3gnater for sure, just don't know if I should go for head or combo, any thoughts, people?

  • the Rebel 30 is cool because it has a seperate clean and overdrive channel which this does not.... add a egnater 1x12 cab.... your good

  • Search for this here on youtube "NAMM 2009 Egnater Rebel 30 combo. Presentation ."

  • how would that head sound through a 4 x 12 cabinet

  • probably better, well defends what speakers the cab has, i like this amp, but i'm getting a blackstar ht-5h

  • I don't think many if any computer speakers can do justice to an amps sound for a demo, but it did help me decide to buy one. I like combining the egnater's closed back cab and the epiphone jr's open back together. I'm really happy with this amp and those cabs together.

    Thanks for the demo.

  • 5:14 - 5:20 - That Les Paul got enough sustain for you?

  • I think so.

  • Lol, you haven't played in a while but look at all that gear!

  • I wanted to thank you for this video mate. It realy shows the different nuances the amp gives just from your guitar, whithout tweaking the amp and it wasn't the tipical "Ma, look what I can do!"

thanks a bunch mate! I´m now leaning much more towards the Egnator than any other tiny head in the market.

  • My grandfather's company made the whole new line of egnater amps.. So I was wondering if you liked it? I just got the halfstack. Didn't get to play yet

  • lucky.

  • interesting idea to combine a 6v6 with an el84.I hear more of the 6v6.There's a guy with a valve jr modded by mercury to add a 6v6 to the juniors el84.Very similar sound.

  • heard a bit of rush in there... !

  • sweet guitar/amp set up! great playin 2!

  • how are you getting a clean tone and a dist tone at the same time with out a footswitch??? just by overdriving it all the waty to 10?

  • I'm using the volume controls on my guitar.. The amp itself was set pretty much with the master and gain all the way up.

  • Great demo man. I owned a Tiny Terror and I have to agree, the Egnater Rebel 20 seems a lot more versatile.

  • Good demo, not only for the amp, but for the right use of volume on guitar. Appreciated comments too (ahh, the TT...).

Would like to hear you with a strat, same settings.

  • me too, les pauls sound like they have natural crunch. Its hard to tell what sound I would get with it using a strat. I love clean sounds, funky cleans (although i dont play funk), light overdrive. I cant believe any amp would come without reverb. Can you hear yourself over the drums, bass, and vocals?

  • Notice how this gent creates several gorgeous tones from his guitar rig....all by working the pickup/volume/tone controls of the instrument itself. Not to mention he's got all the great tones covered in his electric guitar arsenal...Les Paul, Telecaster and Stratocaster. In my humble....along with great chops, these are the signs of a seasoned musician.

Of all the youtube demos I've seen on this amp, this one is by far the best! Great sounding setup....nice job!

  • YAY! He's back!! hah

    Great amp, I love it!

  • wow that les paul sounds almost tele-like during some parts

  • especially around the 3 minute parts.... agreed

  • hey what's the first song you play? Many thanks, great little amp there and good playing too :-)

  • Ten Years Gone by Led Zeppelin

  • ahh of course, yeh, many thanks :-)
