If you scope very quick and shoot ... it cannot hit exact in the scope you must have to wait ... but it doesn't mean wait for enemy to shoot you again ... i mean is if you scope so fast even standing in one position and scope then shoot as if 0.5 sec. u use to scope and shoot ... it cannot hit exact .... u need 1sec. maybe or more... to exact the hit of the AWP ...

first thing, he follows the guy down as he falls, the "fastest" quickscope wouldnt follow, it would just hit bam. second thing, as he scopes it flicks to the vision of the scope, the "fastest" quickscope wouldnt actually show that veiw it would just shoot.
