  • My company had 8 Orange Pay as you go phones until they 'upgraded' their server and failed to transfer our details so couldn't top up. After many many frutless calls to customer services (Oh yes we of the problem) we'll tranfer to .....hang of for ever. Goodbye Orange hello T-Mobile

  • Yes, TradeGuider, I must share that I was delighted to be incredibly well-treated by Canon Camera. My camera just stop displaying the image after six or seven years. I bought the camera in 2004. They said, "Oh yes, there is an issue. We'll send you a paid UPS label, fix it for free, and FedEx it back to you in 8-10 days."

    I thought this must be some sort of cruel hoax, but sure enough, that's what happened!

    The Bad Part of this story? It's a Japanese company!!!

  • Is Orange a publicly-traded stock? Might be a good one to short. Looks like they are getting their strategic corporate guidance from the same guys as Netflix!

  • This was supposed to be uploaded to my private channel but I am so amazed at the stupidity of a major corporation that I hope something is done to make using Orange more customer friendly so I will leave it on the TG channel for now.

  • @TradeGuider Unfortunately, this very same stupidity is the norm of the corporate world. This isn't exclusive to Orange. But of course, like governments and everything else, the corporate world is just a reflection of its customers, the public, or the so called herd :\
