  • these exercises just tone or build small muscle not loose weight please do a home workout to looser weight i am 16 and on the border of overwright and ok. mabe a bit more to overweight please help

  • Why is not the problem. Just keep moving your hands closer and doing push ups. Soon you will be able to do them with hands together.

    i just started exercising on the treadmill for 20 minutes on Tuesday 12,2009

    i wanna lose 40-50 by the end of the summer time for 7th to look good and stop being picked on from time to time.

    tell me,is 20 mintues enough or should i try my best to head to 25-30 or possibly 40 or 45 mintues on the treadmill

  • I am 15 and overweight. I had a hip operation 2 years ago and cannot run or jog or jump. I? can do these excercises but the first I cannot go to low, is that ok?

  • You definitely should ask a Doctor or Physical Therapist. Depending on physical condition they will be able to advise, because they will know first hand what is going on.

  • Hello i'm currently 210pds and I want to get to my ideal weight which would be 160pds..how long do you think I could get to that weight by following your routine everyday...P.S I don't really eat much a day hardly anything (Just Fruits and vegetables mostly) and I drink lots and lots of WATER..
