This one could use a little explanation for those unfamailiar with the series. In the TV version, many of the panty-shots were censored with random beams of sunlight and other such stuff. In the DVD version, these weren't present. The joke is that the chick with the eyepatch is using her magic eye to see the uncensored version, hence the nosebleed at the end.
