Sorry for late reply here...I have more video and pics, but the upload from the cellphone wasn't right so I deleted it.
I ended up not drilling out the other side and just used an impact socket and a sledge hammer. It was MUCH faster and cleaner. If you beat the ujoint through the yoke, the staked markings push out clean again (be sure to flip over and beat the cups out the other side too).
