Did the RSPCA also notice that the bird wings were cut completely – only the bottom, second layer of a birds wings should be cut. Clearly this man has no idea.

I would like to adopt this parrot and give him the home and love he deserves. After all, how can Justin, who has no teeth and clearly doesn’t look after himself, care for a baby bird?

The RSPCA need to make an example of this idiotic man and do the responsible thing and come up with a plan to save this pet.

@AbigaleW31 - Poor dental care, missing teeth etc is an absolute indicator of IQ and socio economic status - he's a bogan to the 10000 degree. Same with the bullying case last week - they had about 4 teeth between them. I know dentistry is expensive but they'd prefer to spend their money on fags, cars and booze than getting teeth sorted out.
