Hi again. I realize that if I put enough butter, the skin doesn't stick too much and slightly easier to mould. Thanks ! I have already made 2 rounds. And the ones with cooked salted egg yolk stuffed in the middle of the filling taste heavenly !!!

I few questions:
I read some other recipe and they use 'thick coconut milk' with 'pandan leave'. Any idea why are they using thick coconut milk?
What if I want to have 'pandan leave' flavor in the skin? Can I add the pandan leave into the milk?

我也完成了.但是月饼皮太软了. 内馅(奶皇)是不是煮久一点会越来越硬?可以煮多久会不会烧焦?奶皇馅不粘但就是软.请问怎样才可煮成象你一样的?请问粟粉需要抄熟吗(做皮的)?你的牛油是无盐的还是有盐的?Salted butter or unsalt butter?但还是得谢谢你们. 这食谱是我看过比较好的. 但搅拌皮的时候,真是好吃力啊! (我都快变成肌肉女了!)哈哈.不知道你们可会做烧皮的月饼?

餡是可以煮耐d, 這樣會硬一點, 不過要小心火候. 粟粉不用炒熟. 牛油用有鹽會好味d.
