It may be pure BS from a racial angle, but it's the truth that Spitzer used his AG powers to target charities if he thought he could score political points, such as the pro-life pregnancy centers, which he targeted and made baseless accusations about, then backed off after he scored his points with his liberal backers & media.
Simply put, Spitzer's a skunk.
