  • GREAT sounding old Fordson!!!

  • that is SWEET!!!!! how hard would it be to make a set of steel back tires for my sears garden tractor? ~23 inches tall x ~9inches wide

  • not that hard ... try a junk yard for some old truck rims ....and weld a new centre in ... weld on some tracks bingo !

  • lol, thats simple enough i can do it. thanks. =)

  • nice fordson, my father has the same but with fenders.. he also has Lanz buldog and one smal czech traktor.. we will post some videos soon

  • gday bags, long time no see, what happened to the lanz bulldog that was down in the shed, good to see the old man is still tinkering away, cheers oldwelloboy

  • don and russel had one but ...dad didnt he sold his marshal but bought another one 2 years ago... lol ...

  • What would a "fair" condition 1919 Model F go for these days ?

  • about 10 000 here in oz for a model f ... doubt you would find a 1919 model .. perhaps 3000 for a ruffy in the usa ?

  • Well I just "inherited" one in the family which had been stored in a barn for the past many years .

  • Cool.. is it a 1919 model ? if you check the engine number you can look it up ..

check out a sight called the fordson house.. they have every part you might need also how bout posting a video on utube ... cheers mick

  • how long since it had previously run?

  • i will send you vid of how we found her but probly 40 years or more all the electrics were gone

  • you can try NAPA auto stores lol

  • Nice tractor.

  • hi thanks for the tips

  • does anyone have a radiator cap for this model f ?? i also need the grease cups for the stearing linkages and a original set of manifolds!! the exaust pipe should face down

  • Reproduction manifolds are available from Rosewood Machine & Tool in Ohio, but they're kind of pricey -- over $300. The Fordson House in Escanaba, Michigan has the other items you need. A Google search will locate both of these websites for you.

  • Also, you need to tighten that fan belt up. Loosen the nut and turn the hub -- it's on an eccentric, and as you turn it, the belt will get tighter. Not a bad idea to double-check that there is gear lube (80w-90) in that fan bearing whilst you're at it.

  • modern ep 90 wil do nice!(outboard gear oil!), i think the fan turns alrigt in real, camera speed make's it look like not spinning at te same speed as the belt!about 26 frame,s a second so it looks like it's not turning at speed!(LOL)

  • Love the colour of the Wheels! What a handsome man the driver is. Does he need some gear box oil for his birthday.

  • do you know how to rate the video?
