the low one is an Eb3 not a C#3 XD but she can probably go a bit lower than Eb3

About your question if she can sustain a G5 or an A5, I don't think so. I think she can hit a G5 but I don't think she can sustain one.. You can tell in her F5's that it's a little shaky sometimes but she can hit them and sustain them. I mean she's an untrained singer, she still has so much potential. She recently started taking voice lessons, maybe it'll help her now. I also think she can hit that E6 falsetto since she hits the Eb6 with so much ease.

Because when u r singing on a BIG stage the music is SO LOUD that the singers can not hear themselfs so when they r doing a High Note they cover their ear with their finger ...so when u do that high note u can hear yourself the hell of a lot better TRY IT.....
