Did you use all of the links? I'll try your suggestion beacuse the "drop" part is not going down after the orange gear turns the yellow gear.

Yes I did. Sounds like you put the chain around a rod that you shouldn't have. Look closely at my vid and you will see it is free and clear of ALL RODS... It must drop freely with gravity. If you follow the instructions explicitly it will work. If you look at my video closely you will probably find something that you did wrong... Bill
