The song is "Who Kicked The Light Plug (Out of the Socket)" performed by Betty Hutton, written by George Brown and Vin Ruddie. Orchestra conducted by Pete Rugolo. Released on RCA Victor Records in 1950. Rugolo conducted on several Betty Hutton songs including "It's Oh So Quiet" and "Murder, He Says".
