  • "2nd Amendment only applies in front of a judge?!?!????" Wow...I hope you have those cops working security at Toys R Us...

  • @Presision0

They should think that he's got a right to carry a gun, and he's exercising that right. Assuming he doesn't pull it out and start threatening people, I don't see why you should care.

  • @angulimala28

Do you have fire insurance? Then you should move out of where you live, if it's that fire prone -- and don't buy more insurance. Glad I don't live where you live, if there's that big of a threat of fire ...

A gun is insurance. Why should he not have the ability to defend himself?

  • Okay, there may not be a law for this. Congrats. What you clearly lack is common sense.

Had you been friendly with the police and given them the information that they asked for, there would have been no problem.

Do you really think that police officers are not going to check out a man with a GUN in a BANK? Give me a break.

Even then, they asked you questions and for some reason you need to resist and become even more suspicious.

If you expected anything less, please wake up.

  • @TangoDelta29

Yes, do what they say or they will illegally harass and surveil you. Fantastic system we've got going here.

  • A gun and no ID. Stupid.

  • @shigsho

Why? Should we all be required to carry ID at all times? We used to make fun of the communists for that ... "papers please!".

  • I know, right?

Fuck "free staters". Fucking up NH one day at a time.

  • @juliaisafilmbuff123

He didn't harm anyone. He was minding his own business. I suggest you respect your neighbors a little more, and mind your own business.

  • you can't just walk into a bank with a gun on your hip if you are not a police officer, not only is it a threatening move to the tellers, but also to the patrons. I say, he should have left it at home, went to the bank, came home, then got the firearm and went on his day. If the police have reason to believe you are a threat, to them, or people around, then yeah they can stop you and question you, and when you ask to leave, as long as you no longer pose asa threat, then you can go.

  • Dude you need to edit this guy's phone number out of the video.

  • MORON. Basically, he was in the wrong, "refused to cooperate" and why would you walk into a bank with an un-concealed gun in the first place! its frikin NH people, not new york or california, if hes in that much threat of his life, keep it at home! frikin acting like he was the innocent victim, then saying he refused to cooperate, moron!!!!

  • Um...he isn't a "moron". There are no open carry laws in NH. Just because you live somewhere that this is "odd" doesn't mean he is a "moron" for choosing to carry openly. It is actually pretty common to see that in NH. If you're in that much of a threat of your life, leave your firearm at home? That logic makes absolutely no sense. He was an innocent victim. The police cannot detain you for no reason, which they did.

  • @ebombz1986

He was the victim. He has a right to open carry, and in NH, that right is recognized in the law. Nevertheless, he was harassed for this legal activity, and forced to give up personal information. Why don't you stop excusing abusive, nosy behavior? "Papers Please!!" Didn't we used to make fun of the Russians for that?

  • Who, or where, is the victim? Looks like there are too many cops in town with little, or nothing to do. The man walking to the bank is the victim here, and the cops involved should be indicted on charges of Domestic Terrorism.

  • ::tongue in cheek:: rut roh, they have terrorists in Nashua..? people that open carry are possible terrorists..? why would a terrorist walk to a bank..? 2 checks..? were they stolen checks..? 1Adam12, 1Adam12 cedar man walking to the bank, armed and no car, possible farmer growing his own food or has cattle undocumented, all vehicles approach with caution subject may be carrying the Constution or possibly a Bible or both.. if anyone asks why you stopped this cedar man, taser them immediately

  • LOL.... funny cuz it's true...

  • i can't figure out a way to delete the number without killing the whole story. tim if you're watching and want me to delete the story just send me a pm or something. I'll try to call you as soon as i'm able.

  • Did you actually just include Tim's real phone number in this video? I'll assume you got his permission to do that, does Porcupine411 mention that anything one says may be posted to the web where the entire world can hear it? I like to think I'm basically with you guys but now I'm not so sure we both have the same understanding of privacy.

  • SILENTNATION1 = YouTube troll. Don't bother.

  • Obviously the establishment considers those who don't slavishly obey it's servants to be a danger to their presumption to dominate every aspect of your lives.

If it happens to you in the US ask the cop why he hates America. Point out to him that he's attacking the American constitution. Do American cops take an oath to defend the constitution? Ask him why he hates God? Ask why he lied to God when he took his oath. Ask him if has apologised to God for lying to him. Point out all he owes to God.

  • Sounds like Nashua Police have nothing better to do.

A bunch of Liberty Activist should go to the next Nashua Town Council Meeting and complain that taxpayers resources are being wasted by the police department by stalking law abiding citizens.

    J.

  • We will be having an Open-Carry Litter Pickup in Nashua on Sunday, walking from the area, in which, he was harassed to the Nashua police station with no IDs. 1 pm.

  • Sheeple my ass. I just moved 3000 + miles to join this fight. Does that sound like a sheeple to you?

  • Welcome to tomorrow, sheeple.

    It's time to wake up.

You and I live in a police state here in the USSA.

  • i agree mona - but you know its happening anyway..

  • It's amazing how quickly cops get FURIOUS as soon as they find out that you're not carrying ID.

Openly carrying while not carrying ID? I LOVE it! I would love to live in a place where I didn't have to drive all the time, so I could go walk without a driver's license again.

  • What? No driver's license? What? Legally bearing arms? What? Out walking in the cold? What? You won't give us any information other than name and DOB? What? Won't give us your address? What? You're objecting to an illegal and unnecessary detainment (with no reasonable suspicion)?

Ah ha! He must be one of those Free State dudes! Follow him. Get some photos of the guy. Hassle him. Let him know that the watchful eye of Big Bro will be monitoring his actions closely.

    Nazis.

  • see alabama slayings from yesrerday... cops natinally on high alert - no saying what happened to NH guy is right - just understandable -

  • I think they refer to that as typical police paranoia - generalizing a specific incident to the entire population - which I don't find understandable at all. :)

  • I guess there's nothing to do in Nashua.

  • Would love to have the cops names and telephone numbers posted here. Got 'em?

  • it bothers them because he can defend himself

  • Comment removed

  • Thanks for clearing that up for me.

  • Would make a great amendment.

  • Did he say he went to the bank while open carrying? I thought that that was illegal? Or is it just the Post Office and court houses that you can't be packin' in?

  • they trying 2 make it elligal in the state house yes but if ur firearm is registed and well u coudl say "legal" u have the right 2 carry it..

  • We've open carried into the Bank of America in Keene with no problem.

  • well I'm sure that you've heard about the army in alabama by now...

  • explain?

  • How about a video explanation? Here:

    w w w.youtube.c o m/watch?v=P5z-MpFr1wc

While you're watching, think about subscribing. This guy (Mike) is excellent. He should be a Free Stater, except he lives in the UK.

  • this video is not found

  • You have to remove the spaces from the link between the "w w w" and "c o m" portions. Youtube attempts to automatically screen out links from posted comments. Embedding spaces in the links defeats their mechanism. Now you know! :D

  • Police state at work!
