The only thing they can do is do prequels and add material to it and make it a more developed story, but it's very limited.

To continue that, the plans for the Genesis were not destroyed and one of the scientists escaped the station; the Klingons, though not great tactically, are more resilient than anyone in the Star Wars character universe. And you bit about them charging into phaser fights with knives is completelty overruled by the fact that the Jedi do that too. (Lightsabers, though cool, are non-projectile weaponry and therefore the Jedi are equivalent to the Klingons in terms of tactical intelligence.)
The Klingons also had a copy of the Genesis plans, even if the Fed didn't know about it. So there's that.
Y'know, Star Wars is pure fantasy. When does it take place? Why does everyone look human? (Okay, not everyone, but most of them.) And are you saying you couldn't throw a Klingon Battlith? It's designed for precision, balance, and accuracy, and warriors are trained with it from an early age. So maybe running into that gunfight wasn't such a terrible idea.

Okay, there are approx. 500 trillion Borg, 250,000 per cube. If you do your math right there are billions of cubes, about 20 queen ships, each cube has two emergency evac spheres, the Borg will also assimilate most species they come in contact with. So there goes your Ion cannon bit. Then there are the Hirogen, not many of them but possibly the best trained fighters in the known universe. One Hirogen hunting ship could take out the Millenium Falcon.

This weakness was seen in "First Contact" and "Scorpion Voy".

They can't adapt to knives or claws but they can be bulletproofed. There is also the Omega contingency, two or three (can't remember) omega molecules were enough to blow up eight Borg cubes. That's about the size of what? The death star? So assuming the Borg have by now (I'm aware this is fiction but if there were another series to come out I would be in favor of placing them at about 2500 CE) gained the ability to control Omega, well then kiss the better portion of the empire goodbye.

Cubes are 3kmx3km the deathstar is at least 120km in diameter. So no doufus it's not the same.
In voyager the borg couldn't figure out how to control them that's why they lost so many ships to a made up particle. The omega molecules were seen to have scorched a moon there were survivors breifly. The deathstar blows up planets.

As for "transwarp"
Allow 20x faster travel than warp.
They rely on transwarp hubs six are known to exsist one was destroyed in the episode "End Game"
Hyperdrive is at least a thousand times faster than warp.
Voyager was predicted to be able to cross less than 25% of their galaxy in 70 years, while the millenium falcon crossed half of theirs in a few hours.

The deathstar has shields moron. The borg would vaporize if they came in contact with them. If they can detect a 25m craft(the falcon) then they can definetly detect the much larger borg vessels.
Even if it was the 900km+ Deathstar 2 it still had shields moron. Thats why han and leia were on the surface trying to disable the tower.

And you bit about them charging into phaser fights with knives is completelty overruled by the fact that the Jedi do that too. (Lightsabers, though cool, are non-projectile weaponry and therefore the Jedi are equivalent to the Klingons in terms of tactical intelligence.)
