To fix this use PiTiVi , mencoder, or DEVEDE to re-encode the video ...

Oh, and i should recomend openshot, a reaaaly great application for video editing, it works like pitivi but alot more stable and alot more features

because i edited one of my video with Pitivi and uploaded it to youtube and it had same problem as this video. O.o
