  • @jaysolo157 I know you dont have to tell them what it is, due to the fact it might be consider a spoiler. But you should metion something about a new power. I know we miss Peter, but if you remember that they had establish Peter when they first started writting Ultimate Spiderman, they have to due the same for Miles. It be a huge mistake to force him into webs at the beginning without us knowing anything about the character. Also I would like to add that art was awesome and well done.

  • @jaysolo157 Much like Peter, Miles family will set the tone for is choice as Spiderman so that is why its was key to establish his family and what was important to them. Aslo the new power was something fans had been waiting to see. What new power was Miles going to have that would set him apart from Peter. If you are going to do a review into a comic and tell readers it might be ok to skip, give them all the facts rather than pissing someone off later who might have missed that part.

  • @mrioriangelo the skip was for the readers who buy random issues. i know it sounds strange but i know a good number of people who just jump around from one issue then gets another 5 issues later. the story is not that good as a issue by itself for a jumpy reader. the 1st issue sets itself up for the upcoming issues to come but if someone was to just pick this one up and nothing after that it just a waste. i LOVE this first issue but i had to look at other perspectives other then my own.

  • @jaysolo157 but this is something important for readers to know. You mostly down played the first issue in your review. Its provided important infromation into the origin story, and also established the family situation for Miles. Some people like to forget that Peter was not formed by Spiderman, Spiderman did make Peter the hero that we loved to read about every week. It was Peter experience as Peter which shaped Peter into the hero he was.

  • Sorry but you forgot the part after he wakes up, and display this camo ability. Did you read the whole comic?

  • @mrioriangelo i'm leaving that for issue 2 review

  • Well you didn't have to bring up the 42 reference since you didn't read the book nor see the movie otherwise you'd have caught it's guide to the GALAXY so next time even if I tell you it's best to leave it alone for others to bring up instead. I do like the idea you have about recommending this without a real rating to go on. A lot of critics fall into this trap because it is popular and does keep watchers due to trolling. but you don't like it so avoiding ratings is a good thing.

  • i kinda lold on the part if the spider jumping in the bag like it just got the idea oh imma hitch hike w/this guy!! XDDD
