  • Real problem in SJSU, this 1 time I had 2 circle around through all 3 parking garages 4 an hour 2 find a spot.

  • i had to run through campus in the rain lol

  • I use the 10th st parking garage. Man, it's so cool seeing the 3rd floor engr building. I'm a CE student there right now.

  • LOL Use the 10th St. garage, its closer!

  • ride the god damn buses you pussifucks. They're free too!

  • @pishabness to many homeless ppl

  • @pishabness that's not the point shithead. SJSU Parking rips us off because of too manny permits versus limited spaces douche.

  • There's still plenty of garage parking at 0830 on the 2nd floor...I don't think I've ever had an issue, but it's because I deliberately take morning classes to avoid the students. I've also been able to find garage parking at 1430...albeit on the 4th floor.

  • you can always find a parking space 4-5 blocks away from school

  • going to school at 9:00am for a 10:30am class is ridiculous when the only reason to come early is for parking..... nuff said

  • LOL. wawawa somebody call the wambulance.

Get there earlier. You're not the only one that has to deal with parking issues.

Proper Planing Prevents Piss Poor Performance

  • you should go to school earlier then.

  • what you are learning is reality, young man. if you show up like this in a business meeting, you are toast. No excuses, plan early, have room for errand, and you will be alright. Sh*t happens.

  • There is always plenty of parking at the Park and Ride lot, just go there if you come at peak hours.

  • Plan farther ahead? Ride a motorcycle? Carpool? Public transportation? If it means pass or fail then I would think you would make plans or arrangements ahead of time. Does parking pass say you are guaranteed a parking space or just give permission to park? At what point does this kind of thing come down to personal responsibility? Which is easier to fix, the school system or your planning? Fight to change the parking, yes but don't use your failure as the example.

  • all of those alternatives you spoke are ridiculous. riding a motorbike between cars at 75 mph is inherently dangerous. statistics back me.

    carpools are inconvenient.

public transport is ridiculous. amtrak costs 12 bucks one way. buses require 5 changes in a long trip.

to get in time for a 10:30 class, i have to reach the garage by 8:25 or no spaces till 11:30.

i don't blame the university but living in america especially california, a personal car is the ultimate mode of transport.

  • haha thats why im living on campus, evethough it cost so much but is worth it.

  • haha I second you bro
